“Paid 1k for them to “fix” my ac but their tech chad isn’t that smart and just kept recharging it went back twice first time ac lasted a day, and the second time it lasted 1 week while it was 90 degrees and I had kids in my truck. I went to different dealership and their tech caught it and was like “the compressor is almost done.” But Chad told me the compressor was normal and it’s loud in this generation of trucks… never get your vehicles fixed here. Or at least big fixes, you’d think since their in Madison it would be a great and smart… guess not.. I told them to check the whole vehicle too and they didn’t tell me my breaks were shot… thanks Chad… I couldn’t even get a refund for the “ac repair” they just put a temporary fix and didn’t actually fix the problem…. Never went back due to the stupidity.”

“Just back from Kayser Ford off the Beltline highway to replace tire sensor modules that went bad…We recommend this long standing dealership, Chad the service manager, Eli new car salesman for excellence in service. As a google maps reviewer with 15 million views, I give only good reviews or none at all. This being said, we went to another Ford dealer for service just west of here (not giving a name) that replaced one sensor and a recall backup camera. That dealership never bothered to return our 3 messages. SO on to Kayser and prompt courtesy and professional assistance! They found problems with the camera installation and fixed what the other dealer said was just generic to the replacement camera. KUDOS to KAYSER FORD 👍🏻”
