“I was an out-of-state buyer and highly recommend working with Kenny. I found my Tesla Model X 2023 on CarGurus before pictures were even posted and immediately contacted Nashville Toyota where I met Kenny on the phone. He was very, very customer friendly and was very attentive with my concerns and questions. I placed my deposit on the car the same day on April 4 and had my car delivered on May 4. Jimmy who worked on my financing was great too, any questions I had he was quick to answer, by phone and by text. I definitely wish the car was clean at delivery, it took some of the wow factor away but overall I was excited. The only thing I wish I could’ve changed about my experience was that I had asked about dings or at least been told about the amount of dings. The photos and videos I received never showed any, so I didn’t think much of it. I know the car was used, but the more I look, the more dings I find, there’s even a ding on the hood. I wish I asked about it, to see if they could’ve helped out some paintless dent removal, especially when I spent $1k on a ceramic coating package that I couldn’t opt out of even though I tried more than once. It’s going to cost more than that just to do paintless dent removal on them. That goes without saying, ask about dings and scratches so you’re not surprised at delivery. The car had excessive rim damage which they DID fix, and I love them for that. Overall, regardless of it, I had a good experience and would definitely buy from Nashville Toyota again.”
