From the moment I drove onto the lot, I received five-star service. Elias greeted me right away, and our conversation was completely pressure-free—I actually had to ask him for a test drive after initially saying I was just taking a quick look. I transport my elderly mother to church and appointments and had concerns about how easily she could get in and out of the Bronco. Elias literally jumped in the passenger seat, drove with me to my mom’s house, and let her test entering and exiting the vehicle. That level of care and consideration truly deserves praise. Once we returned, the paperwork was completed while the Bronco was fueled up and detailed. Elias then walked me out, set up my Apple CarPlay and Wi-Fi hotspot, and made sure I was fully comfortable before driving off. What an outstanding experience.
