“Purchased a ‘22 Honda Civic from here and it was an auction bid. I was NOT informed of that prior to the purchase. I was told it was involved in a minor fender bender after the purchase was made. I live out of state so the car was “delivered” and by delivered, I mean it was driven to my residence, which added more miles to it since I live 3 hours away! On the first day of having it, the front door wouldn’t lock, I took it into the Honda dealer near me, where they showed me it had been in an accident! I had to replace the actuator lock, to lock the door. Then I stopped by a different mechanic who evaluated the car and showed me the alignment was off. I scheduled an all wheel alignment and while on the way there, the steering wheel locked up on me and the car shut down. I text Brian the sales agent I was working with and he said it was the battery, so he knew battery in the car was messed up! A tow took me back to the shop where it was revealed the battery put in the car was not the right kind and therefore the car wasn’t getting enough power to keep the car on! A body shop repair specialist, did an evaluation and it’s $1400 to fix the terrible body job that was done. Thankfully, they allowed me to return the vehicle and get a refund for my down payment and the cost of repairs I made, but Brian was NOT honest about this car and even tried to gaslight me into thinking this was normal and then tried to convince me to buy a new car from him after he just ENDANGERED MY LIFE & THE LIFE OF MY CHILDREN! Avoid at all costs! After some digging on the internet I found the “minor fender bender” the carfax need to be updated with accurate information!”
