“I purchased a 2020 Acura MDX from Sutton Acura 12/19/2020. This was my retirement gift to self. I have only had my car serviced at Sutton Acura by choice. I purchased a luxury vehicle and I wanted to maintain luxury service. The initial service visits were great. Friendly, professional and great detail of my car after each service job. In recent years the service has gotten worse and worse to the point I will not have my 4 tires replaced by Sutton Acura. You have lost my business. The attached photos are the result of my last visit to Sutton Acura for a routine oil change, tire rotation and general check up maintenance. If you are not going to clean cars properly/professionally, do not advertise and promote with every oil change and service maintenance you get a free car wash and vacuum job. Are you truly a luxury vehicle shop that values its customers and provide professional service for life?”
