“I love my new vehicle but I did not have a great experience. I purchase my vehicle on a Monday and only received docs for DOR (DMV). It was a very long visit so I was ready to go not thinking about any other documents I should need. The next day, I called and spoke with the sales rep to inquire about the rest of the documents I signed bc I never received them ( I didn’t receive any kind of packet before I left to tell me about my car and what my pre owned certified vehicle was certified for). I then received an email with my finance docs. But nothing telling me what I certified for. Called back next day. He said he would bring them to me next day. Next day came, no call, no show. So now I want to talk to a sales manager bc at this point I find out I don’t even have a manual in my glove box. What new car doesn’t have a manual? Spoke to sales manager today and he said he’ll have someone send me what I’m asking for. Granted , I should have asked for ALL these things before I left the lot but they should know what to provide new customers.”

“I needed a complete engine replacement on a 21 q50 3.0T awd. Vehicle was still under factory warranty. Considering the time of year (X-mas/New Year), warranty approval and shipping time for engine they completed the repair in timely fashion (40 days). I wasn't too fond of having to pay for parts that had to be replaced due to engine removal/install. even though the cost was minimal, in my opinion they should've been covered under warranty as well. Other than that, the service rep(s) Jose and Isabella kept me well informed during the process.”

“I purchased a used TA 392 scat pack challenger from these people. The car runs like brand new, I’ve had it for 8 months now and daily drive it. Hadn’t had a single issue, the car is very powerful and healthy. If you need a scat pack or hellcat, these people know where to find great used options! I’ll definitely be getting my future hellcat from here”
