“I bought a vechile from them with in a week I called back said there was issues when the Caras it shifted.I was told no there is no problem then the AC stopped working in less then between60- 75 days of owning the transmission went out! Mind you I had taken it back to them and called numerous times about the shifting issue they denied anything was wrong.I explained I was a single mom and couldn't afford the car to breakdown as it was my only vechile. Thry assured me it was fine.I took my vechile to the closest dealer due to engine light came on and car went into limp mode.When I called they said I could bring it back to them to look at which mind you was over an hr away from me and Why should I pay a towing fee when I knew all along something was wrong and they denied it.I told them this was not exceptable that they should be covering, the cost as I had brought concerns to them numerous times and they said it was fine. $9000.00 later I struggled to afford to pay for it as they wouldn't help offer to pay for obviously a damaged transmission before I got it even the other dealer agreed it was bullshit and should have been covered by Speeway Automotive that I told them about it not runningright from the 1st week zi had it.I feel betrayed and swindled. This was no small fix!!”

“Good selection of cars. Went with my son to test drive a Challenger he liked. The sales person was very disinterested in helping with any details on the car itself. Son ended up buying a istang from another dealer.”

“06/06/2023 I bought a white 2017 Ford Expedition Platinum from this dealership. Not only was I there from open until 3pm after being told several times "just a little longer" after having made it clear I just got off of a night shift and if it was going to take awhile, I'd just come back. There was a fault that kept popping up on the dash stating something about a "tow sensor" when i asked about it, I was told it would just be a quick part replacement that they would order. I had asked about a 2nd set of keys and the salesman said to just ask about em later when i call to request the part replacement as they will likely find them. I drove off the lot only realize the vehicle didn't push AC to the rear of the vehicle through the applicable vents. When I had left they had agreed to fix the fault code for the towing capability stating it was a simple fix, but when I called to get it done, I was told they weren't going to replace the necessary part and were just going to clear the code and they wouldn't be issuing me the 2nd set of keys as it wasnt part of the contract. Whatever this issue was, also prevented the remote start as well as the tailgate button on the FOB from working properly.
Fast forward to 02/2024 when I was in an accident (not at fault). All of the applicable airbags didn't go off and I fractured my face. When my wife went to the now totalled Expedition to gather the belongings inside, she realized there were side steps that had never activated when we owned the vehicle but we're now freely hanging.
Several hidden vehicle faults, dishonesty, and lack of transparency for a 40k vehicle. Would recommend this "business" be investigated and subsequently shut down.”

“Casual atmosphere. Wouldn't budge on vehicle price, which was upsetting. Steve was nice guy. Sarah was very friendly and sweet to work with. After driving it now for a couple days, I was right, it does need rear brakes. Wasn't just rust buildup from sitting. After telling them about it they did make it right.”
