“Thrilled with our purchase! I would recommend this dealer to anyone (and already have). We had been looking for a used Volvo SUV with very specific options and color combination. After 9 months, a CarGurus alert says one is available at Seattle Finest Motors. Sent an inquiry through the app and was contacted within minutes. Immediately asked for a 3rd-party pre-purchase inspection and was pleasantly surprised that SFM requires for out of state buys. I made the appointment at a Volvo Dealership, SFM handled getting the vehicle there on time. One item required repair and SFM split the cost - no complaints - the offered split put me exactly where I would have revised my offer. Gerardo (sales) was in near daily communication with me until the vehicle was loaded on the truck for shipping. Alex (financing) was responsive, as well. My only complaint would be the independent shipper offered a delivery date that was probably too optimistic and the delivery was late, although the driver was very nice. NOT an Seattle Finest Motors problem. Will be looking for a BMW convertible within the next year and will start my search with Gerardo.”
