“After our local Volvo dealer sold to a national chain, we were on the hunt for another locally owned dealer to service our XC70. We have taken our car to the dealer for the last several years, and I am very pleased with the level of service and care shown to our car. If we are ever in the market for another new Volvo, we'll definitely start here first.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best Car Buying Experience Ever — Sandberg Volvo Lynnwood I drove over an hour to make it to Sandberg Volvo in Lynnwood, Washington, and by the time we arrived it was already around 6 PM. I was honestly feeling a little guilty because I knew they closed in an hour. But I also knew I was serious about walking out with a Volvo. From the very start, though, you never would have guessed we were so close to closing time because of the exceptional, friendly, warm, and welcoming service we received. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine smiles and such a positive atmosphere. I had to use the restroom right away, and when I came back out, my friend was already speaking with Ozzy, one of the sales associates. Before we even got started, I casually asked, “Hey — any interest in buying my Jeep?” Without hesitation, Ozzy looked at me with a huge smile and said, “Absolutely. I’d love to buy your Jeep.” That kind of service immediately stood out. At every other dealership we visited, the first response was always a list of questions — year, mileage, condition — but no one showed that level of enthusiasm or openness right out of the gate. The test drive experience was just as impressive. When I asked to drive one of the vehicles, Ozzy’s response was simply, “Absolutely — let’s get you in one for a drive.” No runaround, no unnecessary barriers, just an easy and customer-friendly experience. After the drive, we talked through options, and when it came time for financing, it was the smoothest process I’ve ever had. DJ, our finance manager, was fantastic — professional, helpful, and incredibly efficient. He even beat my bank’s preapproval rate! This was truly the best vehicle-buying experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future, and I highly recommend Sandberg Volvo Lynnwood to anyone looking for a stress-free, welcoming, top-notch experience. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would”

“Sandberg Volvo was a great place to get my Volvo serviced. They were able to fit me in quickly and the day of the service they were super helpful and great to work with. The showroom and waiting area were clean and well stocked. I was appreciative of the kids play room they had. It was very clean and had plenty of toys to keep my little one entertained for the 1-2hrs we were there. Would highly recommend!”

“Get a pre-purchase inspection by an independent shop. I thought I’d inspect myself having worked on my truck. When I asked to place it on a lift, the car salesman said they didn’t work on cars there and didn’t have anyone who could operate a lift. That was a lie. So I checked the engine bay and everything looked clean, no oil leaks. The tires were down to 5/32 and I tried to get new ones but they refused to even reduce the price to account for tires nearing replacement. We bought the car nevertheless because we trusted Sandberg’s reputation and because they provided me their mechanics inspection report that reported no issues. Fast forward 2 weeks and 300 miles later I placed the car on jack stands to change all the fluids and I see a severely rusted rear CRV axle rod. I also see oil seepage from the valve cover. Sandberg must have cleaned off all the oil residue around the valve cover to hid the leak because I specifically looked for that when I test drove. Also all the air filters were clogged; Sandberg’s mechanic reported they were good. Also the oil drain gasket installed by their mechanic was the wrong size so I had to cut it off. I sent the owner an email expressing my disappointment and safety concern regarding the rusted axle. Their GM said he would take it to his specialty shop to inspect my areas of concern. I will report back when that’s done. Let’s see if they do the right thing.”
