“So I’m telling you to be very careful a gentleman by the name of Rich Erickson sold me a car I live in Aberdeen Washington there in Lynnwood. They came all the way out here without me even seeing the car he told me the car was in perfect condition that it was never in a wreck would not let me see the car fixed. Carfax did not give me my contract. All of a sudden I see here is Ford took out $500 on my bank account in October. GM financial is putting it through their lawyers because instead of doing a repo they’re getting ready to figure out why there’s a bad car deal because this car this person does not work for Harris Ford and on my contract GM financials said Harris Ford does not even list it so be very careful about these people in the pier auto group.”

“This place is the king of the bait and switch. Will advertise one price online, then when you come in to look at the vehicle will tell you to PROVE that the online price exists "Its like a coupon at the store" was the exact verbiage their associate told me. They also said if I was going to get the "online price" I would have to take substantially less on my trade-in (They offered 10k, I got 19K for it just down the road).”

“Our car went in because of recalls. Some time after the car was returned, we realized the front seats were replaced with damaged seats. We found damage on the engine. Never going back. Our next car was purchased from an entirely different company.”

“Do not purchase the extended warranty from Ford. It is through a third party and was not presented this way when offered to us, even if purchased at the time of your vehicle purchase it won’t show up in the system when you take your car for repairs. (I don’t know if this is different if you only take it to the Harris service repair location). Any other Ford dealership won’t you or honor. The company itself is slow to respond to claims. Ford is also fully aware of parts being defective in the Ford Raptor after the warranty ends costing up to thousands to repair and offer a lower trade in value than other dealers but they don’t offer any recalls or offer to help with the system.”

“I hate buying a vehicle, literally hate it. My partner and I do it frequently though(almost yearly) and I can hands down say that this purchase was soo different from the rest. Kyle B was hands down the best salesman I’ve encountered. He was very straight forward and personable. Very professional and worked on getting to know us, our wants and likes rather than just focusing on trying to get a sale. I hands down recommend seeing him if you’re shopping around for a new car and don’t want to feel pressured while looking at vehicles. Shout out to Dom as well as working the numbers to get it to where we needed it! Appreciate you! We will DEF be seeing Kyle again at the end of the year to get a Bronco. Thanks again for the M4 man, we love it!”
