“Has been a very positive experience at this dealership for me. I found the used vehicle I was looking for and was pleased with the clean shape and condition it was in. I was told it was a trade in and not a auction bought car (I preferred that since Carter had looked it over and I was confident it was good before putting on the lot) Nether less , I looked car over thoroughly myself and came back the following day to look over again and test drive. I am very particular and mechanical and will say Dave the sales person put no pressure on me on the sale and did not rush me on my big exam of the car. I tested everything and even crawled under. Dave was very professional and absolutely no pressure. Great buying experience. I decided to purchase and sat down with Finance Manager Kisha. “I want to say that the service I receive from Carter Acura is top notch in every way. I recently had a problem with my MDX that was not easy by any means to diagnose and took several trips over the course of a month to finally get fixed due to the nature of the problem. This by no means was the fault of the Service Department and was overjoyed when they couldn’t find the cause of the problem they were very fair with the bill once the problem was resolved. I have never in my life had somewhere not charge for not being able to fix a problem but until the problem was actually identified and fixed the bill was more than fair. The Service Advisor TJ and Service Manager Curtis are the most honest guys I have ever had the pleasure of working with and I cannot recommend them enough. Curtis even went above and beyond to help me out while my car was in the shop to ensure I had a vehicle to drive which meant the world to me as my MDX is the only car in our household. TJ provided daily updates on the progress and his honesty made me feel at ease with not having to wonder what was happening with the investigation. In the end I want to say that if you are in need of a totally honest and dependable Service Department for any of your vehicles, yes they work on all makes and models, Carter Service is the place for you. I have been a customer there since the day I drove my car off the lot with 4miles on it and will never bring it to another place without even blinking an eye. “I was having a fantastic time with Carter Acura, Brandon and Yung were very helpful and patient, we were able to work on a deal for a new MDX with the color that my wife and I like, and the manager Radar was also able work with us for our trade in.
