“I recently purchased a Honda Pilot from Kelly Honda. The Sales Manager made me work harder than I would have liked to get the deal I wanted, but we did eventually get on the same page. The salesman, Sal, was GREAT! He was professional, friendly, and very accommodating. When dealing with the finance department I worked with Jose. Jose was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with, playing no games and getting everything done fast. We will be back!”

“I recently visited Kelly Honda 12/10/25 @10:00AM for appointment at 540 Lynnway, Route 1A, Lynn, MA for an oil change. This is my second time this situation happened with my hood rod. And unfortunately, first I noticed the price for the oil change had increased significantly compared to just a month or two ago, which seemed unusual. When I asked about it, a staff member simply said the price had gone up, without much explanation. More importantly, after the service, I heard rattling noises coming from my car that were not there before. Upon checking, I found that the hood support rod was not placed correctly—it was positioned underneath something and was touching my BELT. And the hood support rod is bent and loose. This is the second time this has happened after service, and I had already driven for hours before noticing the issue. I am concerned about potential damage this could have caused. I was told the technicians are certified, but this repeated mistake makes me question the quality of their work. Additionally, I have visited this service center multiple times and have never received any email promotions or discounts, despite being told I was signed up for them. When I ask questions, staff often seem unsure and direct me to others, which adds to my frustration. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and attention to detail at Kelly Honda. I expect better professionalism and care, especially when dealing with routine maintenance like an oil change. Also when your car is done being serviced they drive your vehicles like they are there own cars flying in a dealership lot which is fine your stupidity is on you but I don’t find it respectful to me because I do not treat my own vehicle like that I take care of mine and very much maintained.”
