“I can’t say enough good things about Berglund Luxury in Lynchburg! I had a tough job that multiple other shops either couldn’t handle or flat-out refused to touch—super tightened bolts left by the previous owner that were basically seized. These guys stepped up without hesitation and got it done right. What really stood out was their professionalism and fairness. The job took about 3 hours and 2 hours of intense work (with one tire involved making it extra tricky), and they discounted the labor significantly because they recognized how challenging it was. On top of that, they washed and detailed my car for free, let me meet the techs beforehand so I felt completely comfortable, and kept everything super transparent from start to finish. They also included an in depth video reviewing any thing they believed needed replacement or to be checked out free of charge and set directly to your iPhone! Jacob, the manager, was outstanding—he was comforting, communicative, and kept me updated the whole time. No surprises, no upsells, just honest service. They’re also an OEM shop, so you can bring your own parts if you want, which is huge for anyone planning modifications or heavy/detailed work. I will 100% be back for future services, any bigger jobs, or mods I decide to do. “I have bought 3 vehicle’s from Berglund I have never bought a vehicle without taking it home for a few days to see how I liked the vehicle. They pressured me into buying without taking home first I had it for a week and took it back to them to finish what needed to be done. They kept it on their lot for 3 weeks and didn’t get done what was needed. So I told them to just keep it because they had not done what was supposed to be done after 3 weeks. They had me drive around the block, but still did not give me the option to take it home for a day or 2. The first vehicle cost me 61,000 and the 2nd vehicle was 31,000 without tx and title I was told I would get the 3,000 in warranty money back, because it would be refundable, but they ended up giving me less than 20,000. I feel like I was cheated and done wrong. They kept $8,000 of my money and said I would just have to loose that much. I still don’t understand why they did that to me. But I’m really upset from it. And I am a very unhappy customer and will never buy from them again, unless someone makes this right with me.”
