“I usually drop my car off for service and have had great experiences with that (they provide texts and videos throughout to communicate). Today I had to wait for service to be completed with my 2 year old and was pleasantly surprised when they had a small playroom in the waiting area! I've never been to a dealership with that amenity and it was SO nice. It turned a wait I was dreading into a play date with my son. They are honest and upfront with any work that needs to be done, and I've always had a complimentary car wash included!”

“I had to purchase a new vehicle after a deer totaled my car and I was fortunate to select Miller Subaru for my first (and only) car dealer I visited. I had the easiest most laid back experience purchasing a car here, from test driving two vehicles through financing and warranty purchases. From start to finish the experience was stress free, pleasant, and efficient. I also love my new car (2025 Crosstrek) and I look forward to many years of driving my Subaru! “I loved the experience at Miller Subaru so much, that I suggested the location and salesman specifically to my mother, so she could get her car as well. We both worked with DJ, who put us at ease and answered every one of our silly questions (even though they weren't silly to us), and maintained a professional and transparent experience.
I got a 2024 Ascent, and it's exactly what I had been looking for. Even if I have any questions almost a month and a half after, I know that if I send a quick text to DJ, he will get back to me and again with transparency and patience, answer my question and put me at ease.
Everyone in the Miller Subaru campus that I have worked with since my purchase in the beginning of September 2025, has been wonderful. From the service center, to brief interactions with the detailers, to the staff who handles the paperwork - everyone has been wonderful, kind, professional, and most importantly not skeezy.
I never felt pressured to get something that I didn't want to get, and if I said no to something, they didn't try to force me to purchase something that I didn't want. So, definitely a experience I would wish on anyone looking to purchase a vehicle new or used.”
