“Stay far away from this dealership!!!! I thought they were amazing for the first few days. They found me the perfect vehicle for the perfect monthly payment. I even got a great price on my trade in. Then the lies and inconsistencies began. I bought my car on August 22nd. I asked about a state registration sticker and they said it would be mailed to me. Why wasn’t it included in my delivered paper work? I paid for it. Then on November 17th I got a letter from the state tax office saying they rejected the transfer of my title. When I called the tax office I was told that the mileage they listed on my title was significantly less than the mileage they had in their computer system. I informed them that the dealership has the title. I was then informed that they had to let my lean holder know and it was at the discretion of the bank to demand the loan pay off immediately or to fight all the extra paper work coming their way. Basically, the bank could close my loan any time they wanted because of the dealership’s mistake. The tax office mailed the dealership, the bank, and myself a rejection letter. On December 29th I was issued another rejection letter because the dealership still hasn’t fixed it. The dealership was also issued a second letter. When I called and asked for a sticker or at least temporary plates, I was given a bunch of different answers. I was told they mailed my sticker in November and because they weren’t returned and I claimed I didn’t have them, there was nothing they could do. Then a manager called and said I couldn’t receive a sticker because they rejected the title. Which is it??? Meanwhile, my car has been illegal from August 22nd and today is January 19th. Seriously? Here is another crazy one for you. My nephew bought a gorgeous Lincoln and everything seemed great. Until the guy delivering it got pulled over. He refused to cooperate with the police and almost got the car impounded. Thank God the police gave my nephew the opportunity to come pick up his car. The dealership then issued everyone who used this guy to deliver a car brand new plates. Said they couldn’t trust what had been done with the cars and their plates. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. It’s all the little stuff too. New car delivered with no wiper fluid. New car delivered with the cruise disabled with it clearly written on the key fob (but they claimed they had no idea). New tires promised but not given because the state inspector said they were good enough. I could go on and on. They tried to say my hatch back on my trade in wouldn’t open. It’s just been so many lies and so much deceit. Sales guy blames the service department. Management blames the salesman. Bottom line, do not trust what they tell you. I’m so frustrated. When your hands are tied, and all you want to do is get your kids to and from SAFELY, is the most frustrating thing I’ve dealt with. Go somewhere else to buy a new car….”

“Jerry met me in the parking lot, I showed him what I wanted, told him where I wanted my monthly payment, and be called Randall to see how the specific truck I showed him was and where it was.
They both talked to me with upmost respect.
Jerry went to pick it up from another location, and came back with something BETTER than I found and sold it to me instantly.
This was the best dealership experience I’ve ever had, and I cannot recommend them enough!
And Salma in finance is the sweetest person I’ve been, and made everyone around her seem special.

“Jonathan and his team were super helpful during the whole process.
He got me in my vehicle asap when I needed one. Quick, easy, and efficient. Helped get my car to me since I was vehicle-less for a couple of days and went out of his way to make sure everything was a smooth process for me. Can’t say enough good things. “I worked with Jonathan Shorton at Pollard Ford, and I can’t say enough good things about him. I walked in with almost no hope after being seriously taken advantage of by the last person who sold me a 2018 F-250 out of Kansas. Jonathan was with me every step of the way for the next three days, helping me figure out my situation and get into a brand-new truck.
He also made sure I got the absolute most for the truck I traded in. Jonathan was honest, straightforward, and transparent throughout the entire process. Once I found the truck I wanted, I was able to drive it home within just a couple of hours.
