The car was all ready when we got there, the met us at the door to welcome us in, offered us a drink, and had a place for the kids to play while we did paperwork! The staff was all so friendly! They were very thorough with the paperwork explaining everything along the way! This is definitely an honest, non pushy, and excellent place to purchase your next vehicle!”

“In short we have not had the best experience with Hamsith. We went to Hamsith Motor company to get my mom a nice vehicle for the first time since my father passed, we thought we got a great deal on a 2023 Ford Expedition, our Sales Rep was very nice and personable, they did disclose minor damage on the front end but stated all had been repaired to spec and the vehicle was good to go. Test drove the vehicle around 1 o'clock in bright daylight. Within the first month my mom had cruise control and anti-collision system issues, took it into a shop the bracket that held the radar was not replaced this was just glued in causing it to shake and not work correctly after getting hot. A couple months later my mom doesn't drive much at night but did in this occasion and let me know the high beams did not seem to be very bright. I took a look at this one night for her. Low and behold the high beams did not work, I reached out to Hamsmith after taking this to a shop the wrong modules were installed on the repair so the high beams would have never worked. He stated they had inspected all systems and they did work. Thought this was great I can prove this for extended warranty, nope company keeps nothing on file as far as their inspections it is only visual and with a standard diagnostic tool. After this conversation I began my own in depth inspection and while looking at the intercooler tube going to the throttle body I found a hole in the pipe in clear sight and had to replace it. Sent this to Hamsmith with no reply. Did not offer assistance with any after support we have spent over an additional six thousand dollars on this "nice" vehicle sold to us in "fully repaired condition." None was covered by extended warranty sold through Hamsmith because it was pre-existing and not repaired correctly. Not only that it had the wrong size battery installed a 615CCA instead of the 760CCA required for the vehicle. If you do shop with Hamsmith you may have a mechanic fully inspect the vehicle before spending money with them don't just take their word for it.”
