I highly recommend 495 Mazda for their low key approach to sales with no pressure! I test drove a new Mazda CX30 with no plans to rush into buying that day, but the deal I received was too good to wait. Joe, our salesman knew the features and benefits of the models to help me decide and I appreciated the 40 minutes he spent with me when I picked the car up helping me pair my 2 phones to the car and walking me through all the controls! Keith the finance manager was also very helpful, honest and straightforward with extended warranty choices. They made all the parts that people hate about buying a car painless and easy!

I brought my car in on a Wednesday and got it back a week later. Wasn’t expecting that but things happen, it’s okay. I brought it in for a diagnosis to see why my car kept failing inspection along with other things I asked them to check. They didn’t really check the other things until I had to explain it again. Come to find out when I first called to book the appt and gave my description, that part wasn’t in the report. They didn’t give me any answers for my problem. Basically told me that they couldn’t replicate the problem and said it would cost over 5k to fix the car and more problems popped up while trying to assess the problem, so it’s just not worth it. Didn’t want to or try to help me with a trade in deal. So I got my car back with more problems than when I dropped it off. Some of the employees there were nice and some weren’t as nice. I just feel like I wasn’t taken care of as much as I expected from this dealership. I will probably be going to another dealership next time.

I just bought a new Mazda with this dealership. Thursday I texted with Tim a few times, got quotes with and without trade in, and Friday I went in for the paperwork. Their offer was lower than almost everyone else, even after attempts at negotiations, and the one place with a lower price offered less for my trade in. So in the end, 495 Mazda was still the best deal for me. I’d already signed the paperwork with them before some places even got back to me with a quote! (Or they refused to quote without me making a visit.) When I got there on Friday morning, I met with Dom and Joe. Joe was the one who was with me through the test drive and remaining processes. It was a true pleasure to work with Joe. He showed me everything, including the radio and CarPlay, and the app. The dealership is also nice, with beverages and nice leather chairs. Pleasant place, all told. I’d probably do all my services with them in future if the drive up wasn’t such a pain - they are north of Boston. Still, I’ll definitely consider them when I need major work, if only because the people seem professional and the atmosphere is nice. Plus, they have many waiting customers, so they must be decent!

I worked with David to purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Mazda CX-30 Turbo. The professional and non-pushy approach that he took made me very comfortable throughout the process. I will definitely be recommending more business to the 495 Mazda team. Edit: I also want to shout out Emily on the service team. I experienced some brake issues after purchasing the car and Emily made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner while providing excellent communication. I definitely recommend coming here for any service needs as the whole crew is very professional.

Thank you for an exceptional experience getting my four tires replaced at 495 Mazda. From the moment I walked in, the staff truly listened to my needs and made sure to respect my budget parameters. Emily and Rob were wonderful to work with. It's rare to find a place where the team genuinely takes the time to understand your concerns, and I really appreciated that. Not only was I treated with kindness and professionalism, but the way the entire team interacted with each other was equally impressive. The mutual respect and collaboration among the staff was clear, and it’s that kind of positive work environment that really shows through in customer service.
