“Partner bought a car. Finance company called. He cannot register for plates because title was sent in wrong name. He has called multiple times and has had no response. Left messages. He can't get plates that expire today. And after a week of calls, still no response to their mistake. Finance company has been trying as well. GM who he keeps leaving messages for doesn't call back and person doing titles isn't calling back. Do better. So now has a new car he can't drive tomorrow because of their mistake. And no calls back!”
