He was courteous, personable and above all professional in his demeanor - I did not expect that but was pleasantly surprised. Rocky was also patient and not pushy, we discussed my needs and wants which guided me to a new car that I bought. I was permitted an extended test drive and that low pressure freedom allowed me be thoughtful and deliberate about my decision. The entire staff there including the Sales Manager and the Genius Caleb were helpful, professional and listened to my questions and concerns, and were always very responsive including after the sale. Cory, my service advisor, was with me every step of the way. He was excellent. I really felt like he took care of me where he could as I had a considerable amount of work done to my ’97 Z3. I really appreciated his detailed breakdown of the service. Mike, the technician who worked on my car, did an outstanding job. He made me videos of ‘before’ and ‘after’ service which meant the world to me and still do.
