“I was told to expect a call in a day or 2 after dropping it off. After a week and a half without a call, I called to see what the status was. I was told they called me 2 times and left 2 voicemails the day after I dropped it off. I didnt receive any calls or voicemails. They told me they couldn't proceed because of not having aftermarket parts. I said that factory parts were fine and to replace all 4 front bulbs. They quoted me $350 for cleaning and lubricating the running boards and parts and labor for 4 bulbs. They texted me the next day saying it was ready. I got a ride from a friend the next morning which took 45 minutes from my house to town and country. Arrived at 9 to pick up the vehicle. Looking at the service writeup I didnt see anything about the high beams. I asked about it and was told that the mechanic had been told to do them but didn't. They said they could pull it in really quick and get them installed. I told them I had to be at work, 30 minutes away, by 10am. They said that wouldn't be a problem. They pulled my car into a bay where it sat for about 20+ minutes before I thought I saw the mechanic back out and drive away. I went over to pay and they said they had to wait on the mechanic. After several minutes they went and talked to the mechanic who said he had just started on it and it was up on a lift. 10 minutes later he comes back to say they don't have any high beam bulbs to go on it. And they have to put the old ones back in. The work I was supposed to do that day for my job would have paid $317. If I'm more than 30 minutes late they give it away to ensure on time delivery and I miss work for the day. My car was returned to me not just after 930 when I was told they could have it ready so i could get to work, which was after telling me it was ready the day before which was 2 weeks after I dropped it off, but it wasn't ready until after 10 oclock when I told the service writer I had to be at work and that it was a 30 minute drive. I didn't get to work until 1040. And I was still charged $350 without getting the 2 high beam bulbs I was told had been installed. So to sum up, after having my car for 2 weeks, town and country didnt do the work they told me was already done. Didnt amend the charges for what they told me it would cost. Didnt try to provide a courtesy car so I could get to work on time and pick up my car the next morning. Started working on my car before they even knew if they had the parts. And after getting to work and looking at my car, i found scratches and gouges in the paint on both sides of the vehicle that im pretty sure weren't there when I dropped it off. But I cant prove it and given everything else that happened, I dont expect town and country to care.”
