“I am leaving a five star review because I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase experience. My salesman John, the sales manager, insurance, and finance team were outstanding. I have only one point of concern. My vehicle is a gold certified 2023 Ford Explorer. That certification went through 172 point inspection. The vehicle was missing the rubber pad on the brake pedal and all of the floor mats. The sales team took care of me and everything is good now, but my Concern comes with the team that did the inspection. How do you do 172 point inspection and miss a safety item like the rubber pad on the brake pedal. Highly recommend Oxmoor Ford and their sales team.”
