“Overall a great experience. Exactly a week ago I was in an accident that totaled my car (no injuries myself). It started on a Saturday evening. By Wednesday I was informed by insurance my vehicle was infact totaled and I had 3 days left in the rental.. I had already been in contact with Jason since Monday because insurance and I were confident that my car axle was broken and my car would be totaled out anyways so I was already looking at vehicles but we did not know what I would be getting for my vehicle. Once we found out, we got to work. I am not a girl who knows much about cars. 😆 So making a decision like this in a short time was gonna be hard. Well, while everyone else uses Chatgpt for photos. I took all the vehicles, miles driven, and price vs things such as: dependability, safety, pros and cons, any known issues down the line, what kind of loan and approval rate I can get vs money down I have and what monthly payment I want. --- the information I got back and how it ranked the vehicles etc helped me understand it more. But also Jason kept everything honest with me. If he thought a car was a bad idea- he let me know. I was not planning on a kia. Nor was I planning on a 2024. But That's what I got. And it fit my price point. Friday I got the money in my account. Today- a week from my wreck. I got my new car. It's been stressful. But I can go to sleep in peace knowing I made a good decision. And my warranty for 4 years. Bumper to bumper. 100 dollar deductible. Thank u! And if u are in indiana- they have u pay the 7% tax. So u don't have to pay the different.
