“This dealership doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I had been working with salesman Justin Brock/Scott McHugh for days working on a deal. I live 2.5 hours away so we had to do a walk around over the phone. We finally came up with the deal. I drove there just to find out this jeep gladiator was completely full of corrosion issues. The entire hood, rear tailgate, and a few door hinges had this problem. Nothing was stated beforehand about this problem. These types of dealers are the reason car buyers hate going to car dealerships. Please stay away from Courtesy Cadillac. There’s a reason why they have so many 1 star reviews. *****Edit**** since the owner edited his review I will do the same. He originally stated that he wanted me to call him so we could find a resolution to the problem. Well I did multiple time times, he wasn’t available. He changed his response to make it seem like the customer is in the wrong here. We all know how car dealerships are. This one is no different.”
