“Very disappointing experience with Courtesy Cadillac — especially as a small local business trying to do things the right way.
We trusted this dealership to help us with a simple trim replacement on a client’s brand-new Cadillac IQL, a vehicle that was under our care after a full XPEL matte PPF installation. Instead of professionalism, we were met with disrespect, lack of communication, and a complete disregard for our role as the authorized shop responsible for the vehicle.
Not only did they damage an additional part during the repair process, but they also refused to communicate with us — even though the owner had authorized our shop to oversee the process. We were ignored inside their service department, spoken to with an unprofessional tone, and later told they would only speak to the owner, putting us in a terrible position with our own client.
Instead of taking accountability, they tried to shift blame to us for the damage they caused, even though the vehicle arrived with a single cosmetic issue and left with an additional part broken under their watch.
As a small business, we pride ourselves on transparency, responsibility, and respect for our clients. Unfortunately, this dealership showed none of these values. For any business that relies on dealer support, or for any customer expecting honest communication, be aware of how situations like this are handled internally.
We chose them expecting professional collaboration — what we received was the opposite.

“I just bought an SUV from here. My experience was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a car dealership. Matt Gardner has been extremely patient, kind and respectful. Matt was knowledgeable and attentive. The staff over all was kind and friendly. Shout out to Maia. She made us feel like family. Over all a great experience the process of purchasing my vehicle was so smooth no hassle no pressure. Definitely recommend.”

“This dealership doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I had been working with salesman Justin Brock/Scott McHugh for days working on a deal. I live 2.5 hours away so we had to do a walk around over the phone. We finally came up with the deal. I drove there just to find out this jeep gladiator was completely full of corrosion issues. The entire hood, rear tailgate, and a few door hinges had this problem. Nothing was stated beforehand about this problem. These types of dealers are the reason car buyers hate going to car dealerships. Please stay away from Courtesy Cadillac. There’s a reason why they have so many 1 star reviews.
*****Edit**** since the owner edited his review I will do the same. He originally stated that he wanted me to call him so we could find a resolution to the problem. Well I did multiple time times, he wasn’t available. He changed his response to make it seem like the customer is in the wrong here. We all know how car dealerships are. This one is no different.”

Mark Gardner were great. We drove 4.5 hrs to get a great deal on a new Optiq. Very pleased.
We loved the first deal so much we went back 3 weeks later and purchased another one.
