ā€œDo not go here for tires! I have had no problems with routine maintenance but when I was met with a screw in my tire I was given entirely different service. They sent a specific guy out to talk to me separate from the service reps who was abrasive and rude and very dismissive despite my knowledge. The Nissan website says they will price match tires and conveniently after showing them SEVEN places (small businesses and corporations) he had some comment about this being the only tire they had on site (for a 2024 Nissan car) and how corporations can price tires that low because they sell more of them. Basically had any excuse to not give me any sort of discount despite the large advertisement on their website. Had I not had a nail in my tire I would have left because I ended up paying $275 for one tire. Very disappointing because prior to this I had good service and recommended them to others.ā€

ā€œI purchased my Nissan last year at another dealership, but I have been bringing it to this dealership for regular maintenance. Unfortunately, my last visit will be the final time I ever use this dealership for service. On more than one occasion, I’ve left with issues that should not have happened. For example, they once told me I needed a new battery. After paying for it, my car stopped working just a few days later—because they hadn’t secured the connections properly. I nearly had it towed back, but the tow truck driver discovered and fixed their mistake on the spot. Most recently, I went in for a routine oil change and was told I needed over $700 worth of additional work. This time, I decided to get a second opinion. Another mechanic inspected my car thoroughly and confirmed there was absolutely nothing wrong. He even took the time to show me my brakes, filters, and battery so I would know what to look for in the future. It’s very disappointing to feel like a dealership I trusted has been trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. I share this experience so others—especially those who might feel pressured or unsure—will know to always get a second opinion before authorizing expensive work. Also, check under your hood before and after service to make sure nothing is left undone. It’s sad when you can’t count on a dealership for honest, straightforward service.ā€

ā€œI always have a horrible time when I bring my Nissan in to these service places. However, I cannot thank Steve Hutchingson enough for his work with my car. He was knowledgeable and stayed on top of communicating with me throughout the service process. He was one of the three service people working the desk and they all greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions. I will definitely be bringing my car back just to have Steve be my service advisor again. As for the sales team, on the other side….highly disappointed in their behavior and thinking they ā€œhadā€ me on a car when I clearly stated even while sitting in the car that they were trying to sell me that I didn’t trust it having more miles on it than my current car. I will never buy from this Nissan when the time comes. However, the service center has my business until my cars last day. Thank you Steve for treating me like a customer and not trying to pull one over on me like the sales team attempted to do.ā€

ā€œDefinitely recommend working with this group. Wayne W and Justin B were great. I told Justin what I specifically wanted and he sent me options, upon the day of going I worked primarily with Wayne. He made the process incredibly easy and smooth. I have never had this type of experience with any car dealership before. We left that day with the car of choice and I love it. When we signed paperwork with Raymond he was amazing as well, he’s a great guy and supports all branches of military and first responders. From the moment we walked in until we left we had no complaints only a great deal and experience.ā€
