“BUYER BEWARE! We purchased a vehicle from this dealership on 12/04/25, and our experience has been extremely disappointing. I have filed formal complaints with the California Attorney General’s Office, BBb and the DMV. If you have experienced similar business practices with this dealership, I strongly encourage you to report it as well so this behavior does not continue. Businesses like this should not be allowed to do business. They have an F rating with the BBB.
Issue #1 – Defective Tire & Broken Promise of Reimbursement
At delivery, the tire pressure monitoring system showed one tire was low. We immediately raised concern that the tire could be leaking. Bobby, the sales representative, assured us it was not leaking and stated that if the tire turned out to be defective, we should replace it and submit the receipt for reimbursement.
The tire continued losing air and ultimately had to be replaced (could not be patched due to the location of the leak). We submitted documentation and requested reimbursement on 12/30/25. On 01/01/26, Bobby called and offered to reimburse only half the cost — something that was never discussed or agreed to at the time of purchase. The agreement was for full reimbursement if the tire was defective. He said he would speak with the general manager. We followed up again on January 15.
Issue #2 – Incomplete Key Fob & Missing Emergency Key
The vehicle was delivered with only one after market key fob, and that fob is incomplete — it does not contain the manual emergency key that is designed to be housed inside it. I emailed on 01/18/26 and provided photographs documenting the missing key. I never received a response. The fact that we were given only one incomplete key fob makes this even more problematic.
Management Escalation & No Resolution
On 01/22/26, I escalated both issues to Sales Manager Carlos De La Luz. He acknowledged the matter and stated he needed time to assess and hoped to reach an amicable resolution. We spoke by phone on January 23, and he said he would look into both the tire reimbursement and creating a proper key. After receiving no update, I followed up in writing again on January 29 requesting a status update and timeline. There has been no response since.”

“Don’t ever go to this dealer. The sale guy Bobby was rude and disrespect to customer. No aftersale service. I purchased Mitsubishi with them. There was a small dent on my car, he promised to schedule appointment for us to help clear a small dent but since after we purchased I have been calling him over ten times, every week, still no schedule to appoint with the service team. Before purchase it was also chaos with him . We have been told many different pricing by him. Luckily I note down and recorded. You will get manipulated by him. We bought cuz we need the car in urgent matters . I have never seen this kind of customer service. Should have respect and have to keep your words to customer, we buying the car not a toy!! If you have choice, please don’t go to this dealership. You will end up regretting like me”

“They sold me Toyota Mirai when they know those cars has not value in the market , the sold me a Mirai 2019 in $11,700 I paid in full. The didn’t give any service to the vehicle before sale , the run my credit without my consent , the report to the DMV that prose sold was 9k , the apply to the irs credit without explanation. Now I’m stoke with a car that I can’t use neither resale. I requested an exchange and explanation , but they just inngnore me . The sales man and the manager were so nice when I was there , I even I tried to tip the sales sales man cuz he said they not work for commissions. But he laughed and said : keep your pennies for the car cuz you will need it . No worries !!! . Now I know what he means by that.”
