“I've bought 3 cars from this dealership and I will say I had a decent expierence up until the third. I wouldn't have minded if they screwed me over, but this third one was for my mother. They tried to give her a 12% interest rate. I said to hell with that and I used my credit. Tried to give me 10% (mind you it's have a 750+ credit score). I asked them to lower it because the previous vehicle i bought here had a 5% interest with a lower credit score. They did 5.5% and my mom was happy. Come to find out they changed the rate to 8.9% at the VERY END and my mother ended up paying way more than she should on her Prius. I'm sorry, but doing something like that to someone who has been a repeat customer for 4 years straight doesn't sit well with me. If you get anything from my review is to please PLEASE double check interest rates before signing. Doesn't matter who you are, seems like they'll fleece you for every dime you have. Edit: I completely forgot to mention that I ordered new wheels and tires from them after mine were stolen. Not only did it get delayed, but when the wheels arrived, they gave them to SOMEONE else. It delayed my wheels another 2 months resulting in over $700 worth of parking tickets due to me not being able to move my vehicle. Now the tickets aren't on them, but I wouldn't have had to pay that much had they given the wheels I PAID for to someone else.”
