“BUYER BEWARE! I flew in from Arizona to purchase this car for my daughter. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before being tricked into giving my Social Security number for a credit check for a cash purchase! It immediately didn’t feel right, and I’m typically not this naïve, and I immediately told them I was upset that they pulled my credit file for a cash purchase. After further review, if a dealership says they need to verify your identification, a drivers license or passport will suffice. Other reviews have mentioned they quickly try to fix vehicles in their back lot for sale. After purchasing the vehicle and driving off, it began to squeal loudly and grind as I was driving back to Arizona so I quickly returned it. Luckily, I had negotiated the Ford certified 14 day or 1000 mile moneyback guarantee. They tried to deny this warranty multiple times before signing -to say they don’t offer any more -however it is located all over their website, for the blue certified vehicle vehicles. There is no way that this vehicle could be driven by anyone and deemed safe with the noise that it was making. The Carfax reported that three days before purchasing the vehicle. The rotors were “resurfaced“ I’m writing my review to warn future customers who are going to purchase Cash - this ongoing rhetoric, of other reviewers, and the tactics they use. Lastly, it was me and my sister, and I do not appreciate being addressed as a “guy“ On multiple occasions by different salesman. A professional standard for addressing two women should be “hello ladies“ especially when men are addressing women in a professional setting.”

She ended up suggesting the vehicle that we ultimately purchased. She came out in the rain without a coat to help us on our first visit! The finance manager was great and went the extra mile assuring we got one of the Blue certified features that was advertised in the ad but we were initially advised we needed to pay for? Really appreciate his efforts as well. Overall we'd recommend Sunrise Ford. This is the 2nd truck I've purchased from them over the years.”
