“Had an awesome experience with Regency. I worked with Michael. He was friendly, accommodating, responsive, and honest. I bought a Range Rover and am SO happy. I had a full inspection done on it before I bought it since Land Rovers can be lemons, and by the time I actually signed and took the car home, I felt super confident I was making the right decision. Would recommend!”

“I purchased a 2019 Ford F150 from them, started to drive it home and it immediately had shifting issues, leakage and overheating on the freeway. Their mechanic even said there were no issues with the transmission. I asked them to pay for the repair but they are not responding so now I’m seeking legal help.”

“I purchased a range rover, the exact one still on this website as the background. I put 7500 down. The vehicle took 21 days to ship to me. Came with a back dated contract from the original I signed. When away in the hospital for a week, only 15 days past my payment date, I was notified the dealership not the loan company had repossessed it. It sat in the recovery agency for a month. All communications stopped, they shipped the car back to CA from PA stating I needed to find a new loan company and repurchase the same vehicle that was still showing current on my credit report. Now taking double the loan amt for the same used car. Which I couldn't. They (David same guy on all the negative reviews) refused to refund my deposit, took the car back, and all fees were paid same day from hospital bed. Ive made a police report in both states still waiting on a court date from which I filed. Can't wait to track the VIN for when they try to resell. My current credit report no lists like this purchase never happened. Current, open, never late. Now not reported. Will be fun in court!!!”

“First off let me say you CAN’T make every customer happy, and the customer is not always right. Dave was super nice and helpful. Very accomodating and responsive. I will say that it probably helped that I had my own financing. We purchased a 2016 Yukon XL Denali. For being 9 years old it was in super clean condition with the expected wear and tear. We are very happy with our new to us Delani. Don’t judge a book by its cover!”
