“I had a great experience finding my next car. Karina from sales gave excellent customer service by showing me several car choices i was looking at online. She was even really honest enough to say "this car's engine does not sound right for a car that has low mileage, let me look at similar cars". She found a better car that only has low mileage on it and can even take e85 fuel! Then a Filipino guy from finance named Lon really did an excellent job of finding me the best financing which helped a lot. As for the anti-theft system, i actually consider it a must because i literally see police car chases of stolen cars every other day in Los Angeles.”

“Shady dealership. Bought a truck from them and the next day the AC compressor "stopped" working. They likely just recharged the system before letting me test drive. There was also a cracked charge hose which is essential for the turbo to maintain boost. Thank goodness I purchased a service contract with my credit union which helped cover the repairs. A few weeks later, I noticed the truck was leaking oil. Took to a mechanic to find out that it was an upper oil pan leak which, on the 6.7 Powerstroke Turbo Diesel, is an incredibly costly repair. Again, the service contract I bought from SchoolsFirst helped cover some of the repairs Shame on me for not bringing someone who is more experienced in used vehicle inspections -- lesson learned. Do yourself a favor and skip this dealership. You'd be better off going to a more reputable, name brand dealership who won't cover up/hide problems before selling you a vehicle. And as it seems from other reviews, this isn't the first time that poorly maintained vehicles have been listed as ready-to-go reliable vehicles.”
