“Spoke with Jesse and was quoted an out the door price that was inflated when we sat down to do the paperwork because he conveniently forgot that Lo Jack is preinstalled on all their vehicles and is now a mandatory fee. They have a lot of cars, just don't expect transparency or honesty with pricing.”

“Bad phone etiquette... manners terrible... After being hung up on, which i was never called back, which proves to be the lie, the other sales rep, told to cover up for co workers, bad manners. life experience, tells me if you start off bad, it usually ends bad. Trust is an issue to transparency win purchasing anything of value. In my opinion. Buyer's beware.”

“Sam was a pleasure to do business with. He explained the process very thoroughly and was super helpful. We came earlier in the week to test drive a Chevy Silverado and noticed how many other trucks he had for sale. After looking at several other trucks and car lots, we decided to come back and check out a 2012 Toyota Tacoma. Sam let us test drive and inspect the vehicle. He made the entire process easy from start to finish and was very honest. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and are looking forward to future business with Sam!”

“Age Profiling and Bait & Switch Test Drive Policy
I scheduled a test drive appointment over the phone and was explicitly promised I could test drive both the C8 Stingray and Z06. After two separate visits, I never got to actually drive either vehicle.
Day 1: Drove 30 minutes for my noon appointment. Nobody knew anything about my appointment and the salesperson I was scheduled with wasn't even there. Before even asking basic qualifying questions about my budget or income, they immediately asked about my credit, suggested I'd need a co-signer, and said there was "no way" I could drive the Z06. They questioned me outside in the parking lot rather than treating me like a legitimate customer.
When I asked to at least sit in the vehicles, they said "maybe" because they were locked out of their own showroom down the street. Here's the absurd part: even if I had completed their entire financing process on the spot, I still wouldn't have been able to test drive because they couldn't access their own vehicles. Made me drive to the second location where an employee fumbled through 25+ keys while I stood waiting. They told me the Stingray would be "better for me" since I have "limited car payment history", again, without asking anything about my actual financial situation first. Had to reschedule for the next day.
Day 2: Returned as scheduled. Was told I needed a credit pull and finance application before any test drive, despite being promised one over the phone. When I declined the hard inquiry and instead showed business bank statements proving five-figure monthly income, their entire attitude changed.
After two trips, I never actually test drove either car as originally promised when I scheduled the appointment.
I came prepared as a serious buyer intending to potentially purchase the Z06, their most expensive vehicle. The issue isn't that they wanted to qualify buyers, it's that they made assumptions and demanded co-signers before even asking about my situation, then completely changed their approach once they saw proof of income. Professional dealerships ask qualifying questions first, not make assumptions.
One positive: Sam was more understanding and patient throughout this process. He genuinely tried to be helpful, unlike others at this location.
This was disorganized, disrespectful, and a complete waste of my time across two visits. The fact that they were locked out of their own showroom shows they weren't prepared to honor test drive appointments regardless of who showed up. I took my business to a dealership that keeps their promises and asks professional questions instead of making assumptions based on appearance.”

“Just purchased a new Chevy Silverado 2500 truck from the Team at Jim's Auto Sales and I couldn't be happier. Not only is the truck totally awsome, but Sam, our salesman was an absolute Star. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Also Richard in finance made the loan paperwork a breeze. Such quality service from a car dealership -- I'm impressed.
