“BLUF.. they do not care about you at all once they've made the sale... Great professional sales team and they worked with me on my trade-in.. followed by literally zero after-sales support. Instead of sending the payoff for my trade-in overnight as promised, they waited 4 days and sent it regular FedEx, missing my 10 day payoff quote and costing me an extra payment on the trade-in, plus a bunch of interest on that loan. Then they tried to say my credit union would refund me the interest.. but that's not how loans work. Then the car had open recalls I took care of but when I sent in the paperwork nothing happened. Turns out they sat on it for a month until I called, only to tell me I was supposed to get an orange card for the DMV.. Nobody mentioned that requirement and the crew I sent the paperwork to didn't care enough to let me know. Go ahead and buy if they have what you want, but be prepared to follow up when they let you down afterwards.”
