“Another amazing experience at Casa De Cadillac. I was hesitant to lease an electric vehicle but after my test drive with Mariola.. I was sold. And charging from home or finding a charge station is easier than I imagined. From start to finish the process was thorough and I asked a ton of questions. This is, I believe, my 5th Cadillac now from Casa. Working with everyone from Jose and Mariola during the sale process to Michael at closing and Erica for any service needs along with Eric and Juan… they all make an overwhelming process so easy which is why I continue to come back to Casa de Cadillac. So happy with my new Lyriq!!!!”

“I was looking for Cadillac Escalade for a long time. Visited already 4 dealership in 10 months. I had old Toyota Prius which was under financing. Wasn’t able to take final decision to buy Escalade because of it. But Casa de Cadillac accepted my Prius for trade in and I was able to get my Escalade. Pete Yeghiyan made my entire process easy that he went beyond expectations. I really appreciate his efforts and now I have my Black Cadillac Escalade 😎”

The repairs were completed on time and under budget, and my car is now running perfectly. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes such pride in their work, but Lira exceeded all expectations.

“I had a highly negative experience at Casa de Cadillac due to severe mishandling of my
2024 Buick Envista. After it disastrously fell off their service lift, the vehicle sustained catastrophic damage, including a destroyed radiator, air condenser, a paint job for the ENTIRE car and various critical components, leading to preliminary repair estimates upwards of $14,000.
The dealership, particularly the owner Howard, was very argumentative and consistently downplayed the severity of the damage. They provided misleading photos that showed only minor dents, starkly contrasting with the actual extensive damage. Despite the obvious need, it was an external body shop, not Casa, that suggested the vehicle should be totaled.
The lack of transparency and honesty in Casa's handling of the situation was profoundly disappointing. I had to fight to have my insurance recognize the vehicle as a total loss, an outcome Casa resisted. Given the serious risk to vehicle safety and customer trust, I strongly advise against using their services.
