“HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I bought a 201; Range Rover that has so many pre existing issues!!! The coolant is the only thing that you guys fixed and it took you two weeks to do that the brakes and the rotors were not repaired. I had another mechanic look at it and he said they needed to be replaced. How are they deemed safe and go bad and there hasn’t even been a lot of miles put on the car. Also you told me multiple times you were going to send me an invoice and never did for the brakes and rotors and after the two weeks and you gave me my car back the next day is when the check engine light came on and the car was dropped off with the mechanic and he said this was a pre-existing issue so you guys already knew this car was bad but still decided to sell it to me just to get some money really quick also, the owner of this dealership is the one that stated he was going to make sure this car was not going to give us any more issues because he claimed that he takes care of his customers. And with it being a used vehicle, you can go to any dealership and buy a used vehicle and I can promise you it will not give you this many issues in such a short period of time all your foreign cars won’t even last that long without having major mechanical issues The warranty you guys offer isn’t even worth the money, but you guys talk about it like it’s the best warranty ever. Not to mention, you guys brought up religion and about my racial background, which had nothing to do with the car you can try to defend yourself all you want, but this dealership is crooked and sells cars that won’t even last. Also after you bribed me to delete the comment you proceed to type up a fake warranty contract and send it to me. If this isn’t fraud at its finest!! The message they send when they avoid their problems, and the non existent contract they created!”

“Flew out from Denver for a solid deal on an Audi S7, initially contacted Frank and later worked with Eugene in person - both were knowledgable and made the process easy. By far the easiest low-hassle environment for purchasing a vehicle, advertised price was the exact price I paid, no fees or extras. Upon arriving the car was exactly as described no hidden damage or anything out of place. I immediately drove over 1000 miles back to Denver straight through vehicle was perfect the entire time, no mechanical issues, alignment dead straight, no drivetrain vibrations or noises. “I’ve now purchased two cars from Autobakers, a Porsche Cayenne for my wife in June of 2024 and, most recently this June a Mercedes Benz E63 AMG for myself and both experiences have been outstanding. While the dealership may be small, they’re extremely attentive to their guests and take real pride in the cars they sell. As a car enthusiast, I don’t take purchases like these lightly, especially with performance vehicles where condition and maintenance history matter. I will walk clean away from any car that i suspect may give me issues. Both cars I bought came with excellent service records, which tells me Autobakers is very selective with what they choose to offer. They’re clearly not just moving inventory they’re curating quite honestly what is a pretty good collection of cars. Each time I came in, I had specific questions and concerns. Frank and Eugene didn’t gloss over anything, they shared details, pulled records, and made sure every aspect of the car’s condition and history was transparent. On my most recent purchase, there was a minor cosmetic issue, and they made sure it was corrected before the car left the lot. After test driving the car, and doing my own research with service records, I told Eugene I was returning to purchase the car. I scheduled a second visit to see the E63 with an appointment at 11:30 AM. Not to waste my nor Autobakers time ( or any dealership when I purchase a car) I came in with my own bank pre approval both times, and the process couldn’t have been smoother. I arrived on time, and Eugene took care of my time, I was driving home by 12:05 PM. Fast, professional, and no games.
