“Purchased a CPO Q5 recently. Just a few miles from the dealership, after purchasing, a warning light came on. I didn't think it was a huge deal, so we waited until the next week to return to the dealership for it to be fixed. In a nutshell, it took them 3 times to finally find the problem (I hope, as my confidence is not real strong at the moment). During the process, the service advisor, Lou, would keep me informed of the status, and she seemed very interested in getting it fixed. Wife loves the vehicle. Hope we don't have many more gremlins popping up. Sales guy, McKay, also seemed interested that we were satisfied. Overall, satisfied with the purchase, not crazy about having to go back several times right after the purchase. Buying a CPO vehicle, I was hoping to minimize any surprise trips to the service department, especially so soon.”
