“I have been coming to Audi Van Nuys for years as their service department is beyond stellar, Fermin Rocha has been my service advisor and I drive from Santa Clarita to Van Nuys because of the customer service provided to me by him! I’ve been to 2 other dealerships but Van Nuys Service was hands down better in my experience. Now with this past buying experience it’s evident that it’s the group, they are all highly committed they are to taking care of customers, and it starts at the down. The man was not only super helpful, but had me work with Zora Todorvic and she too was not just friend and bully, very knowledgeable and engaging. Yes this is what a sales person should be, but we al know that not all are. Zora and Sam worked as a team to find me the right car and did they ever, one that was in their storage lot and not appearing on their site. Boy was the car a beaut. Once the numbers aligned and we made a deal, it was full speed ahead. I did have to return the following day as it was close of business. Upon picking up the though it was discovered there were issues galore and hence began a scramble to undo the sale and find another car, and boy did we. Sam had to work magic as the car troubles were out of his control, but he wanted to do what he could to make it right, he gave me multiple opportunities to not feel obligated and walk away, but it isn’t every one that is willing to help, especially when poop hits the fan. Even finance manager Azi Kazemi, she was on her way out when she saw I was still around and I told her the car had issues, she also made sure that this whole ordeal was completed. So needless to say this really was a team effort and it was beyond appreciated. While not all are perfect in a business, you can learn a lot by a way managers treat their employees and customers and Sam Dajani and team have a customer long run in me. Now time to enjoy the ride!
