“Sunil was great in explaining the benefits of upgrading to a new vehicle lease to save me and my family money. I appreciate the hard work on helping me pay off 2 car loans. I will most definitely continue to be part of the Honda family because of this experience.”

“Les was a great salesman. Not pushy! I hate pushy salesman, he was more helpful than anything. We told him what we were looking for and he delivered. He Made sure we were happy and not in a bad deal. The finance department was helpful as well. They gave me good tips for my next purchase and refinancing options. Everyone had big smiles and it was a good environment. Definitely recommend”

“Les was able to work with me and crunch a deal. He took in perspective my personal life expenses. Was very patient and explained what my trade in was worth and what my new payments would be. Broke everything down step by step. Carlos further helped by working with both Les and finance to make everything work out in the end. Thank you both for the hard work, patience and flexibility!”

“I had a fantastic experience with Airport Marina Honda when I brought in my 2017 Honda Accord for service. Pedro's professionalism stood out during my visit as he demonstrated a level of courtesy and knowledge that made the process smooth and stress-free. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. Additionally, the service video provided by Edgar was a game-changer. The video not only showed the work being done but also offered a clear and detailed explanation of the services performed. This transparency gave me confidence in the quality of work and the care taken with my vehicle. Overall, the combined efforts of Pedro and Edgar provided a level of service that exceeded any I've received at other service centers. “Came in to do an A1037 service, and it ended up costing me over 800 dollars extra in cosmetic repair. I dropped off my car for a few hours, upon picking up my car, I discovered two chips on the panel next to day time running light which went out, they discovered it was just unplugged, but somehow, the cosmetic damage was there. I reached out to the service manager Lyle and he checked with the technicians and he denied they caused the cosmetic damage of course but agreed to get it fixed, so they took my car all the way to Montclair over night and they fixed the chips but they messed up the color of it, it slightly didn't match the rest of the car and the panel popped out a bit. I reached out to Brian, the general manager of course disagreed with me that the color was off which was totally not true, so I decide to just replaced the part myself because it is not all that pricy to get a new part, I requested a discount and Brian was ok with it and gave me an employee discount. I didn't trust their bodyshop since they already messed up the paint, so I didn't let them fix the imperfection of color not matching and bumper cover popping out. Lyle was helpful, to give him credit, buy Brian was unfriendly and cold and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience they caused me, Lyle denied the responsibility but decided to fix it anyway, but they just did a poor job and they also broke the inside of my old bumper cover they repainted that is why it was popping out. The bodyshop that is installing the new bumper cover I purchased revealed that the plastic bracket inside the old bumper cover broke. Lyle and William the bodyshop guy saw the bumper cover was popping out. I truly believe they are responsible for the bumper cover since they damaged my bumper cover bracket and messed up the color. This dealer admitted it without admitting it by attempting to fix it for me which i appreciate, but they didn't do a good job and I should not have to pay for the part, and of course I will never win with a company like this, and I don't see it as a favor as Lyle implied, they will just deny deny deny. General manager Brian was not friendly and couldn't care less about my issues, i have to pay out of my own pocket for for the installation of the bumper cover and the part of course. I liked this place, employees are friendly and professional, but after what it has caused me, I am not going back, it is disappointing. I should have taken pics before I dropped my car off for a simple oil change service, but who would take pics of his or her car before a simple oil service? I won't go back here anymore. I have done maintenance services here many times and I loved it before. Very disappointing and be careful, make sure you take pics even if you are just doing an oil change to protect yourself as a customer.”
