My salesman, Earl was helpful by showing me several different vehicles, he was also patient throughout the process by showing me the various features of the cars we looked at. The general manager, DyShan was pleasant to work with and accommodated my request for an acception to my request for a small discount. The finance manager, Tony was efficient at going over the contract and not at all pushy with the up selling of additional warranties and services. Overall, my wife and I had great car buying experience. If you are in the market for a new VW or Mazda in East Texas this is the place to take your business!

The service department has gotten a new crew in the last couple weeks and you can tell they are trying to turn everything around for the better. Looking at other reviews they can't go back and make things great from a year ago but they are doing what they can and I've really appreciated all the communication I've gotten the last few days and willingness to help. Thanks Lisa and Jason for all yall are trying to do to help make it better.

My name is Josh. This was my first time ever leaving the lot of a dealership with a new car. I really appreciate everyone with all of the hard work they did to get me in this car. This place was so wonderful and accommodating to my every need. I also wanted to give a special thanks to Keith for doing everything he could to help me out. He’s a great guy and seasoned salesman who knows his way around a good deal. I highly suggest that if you’re looking to trade in your car, that you go to this place and ask for Keith!

I had an 8 AM Saturday appointment for an oil change and was greeted bright and early by Lisa, the service advisor. From the moment I walked in, the whole team was welcoming and kind — checking in regularly to make sure everything was on track and everyone had what they needed. One of the highlights of my visit was witnessing a customer celebration after purchasing a vehicle — and let me just say, it was iconic. As someone who comes from the dealership world, it had me smiling and honestly made me want to go buy a car just to be part of the joy! The service department was fantastic. Based on my mileage, I knew I needed a few additional system maintenance service’s that weren’t originally scheduled — and they went above and beyond to get everything done same day, even on a Saturday! And the cherry on top? They detailed my car — and y’all, as a girl with a vehicle that had seen better days, they worked some serious magic. They even got out some tough spots I didn’t think would come clean! This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had servicing my vehicle. Huge thanks to the whole team for making it such a smooth and memorable day. You just earned a loyal customer in me!

Lexi consistently shares her expertise as a Service Advisor like no one I have ever experienced before and she does so with sweat on her brow and a smile on her face: out there giving kind and thoughtful attention to any details affecting the efficient driveability of my 2019 VW Wolfsburg edition. She is respectful, never lacking in enthusiasm and a smile upon my arrival for service. Further, Shay Boswell knows her business and manages the entire service department with excellence. The staff is extremely well organized. Finally, the new sales force at Gorman McCracken VW are all personable, not pushy or obnoxious and cultured. I actually enjoyed the interactions with both Rashad and Maury at times when waiting for my own sales advisor, Mrs. Thelma (T.J.) Dade. T.J. afforded me every kindness and consideration during the car purchase consultation. Her product knowledge and understanding was circumspect. She wasted no time in creating an offer to facilitate a sell by the numbers. This staff has surely undergone a change over the past twelve years or so. I should know. I've had each of my four VW Passat models serviced there: the 1998 "B5" generation, a 2009 Turbo, my 2016 and my most recent 2019 VW Passat Wolfsburg edition. Thank you all: Lexi, T.J.
