Had been searching for a Tremor vehicle in black. After an exhaustive search through ford.com inventory I came across Mike Meronne Ford and Shae - salesperson. Unlike the dealer in Colorado Springs that would not honor their advertised price, there was no question when showing Shae the advertised price. We agreed on the price, financing and were out of there in about 90 minutes. Everyone got what they wanted and we are very happy with Shae and his knowledge of the truck and his straightforward, low pressure approach.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I found the truck online submitted my request. They answered me right away. I was a little undecided as to win. I was going to make it down there kind of wanted to wait till the first of the year. But they told me these trucks don’t last very long so we were able to make it down during the weekend. I texted him and they said no problem they had the truck already. They’re waiting for me to test dry when I showed up. Unlike other dealers that I’ve been went to I was able to take it to a nice long test drive. It’s in my test drive was about 45 minutes which to be bent a lot because I took it on the interstate, I really got a field of the truck and I really love the truck. Way back to the store told him I wanted it. We did all the paperwork I did a short time we were all done. This is one of the best experience I have had by in a vehicle. They were very professional and seemed like they really care about Their employees and their customers. I definitely would buy another vehicle from them.

Traded my f250 for a wrecked f150 in January 2019. The day after I called and wanted my f250 back. I was told it’s spoken for and they don’t want the F150. I wonder why. I was told I’m OCD and that a normal person would never notice the front of the truck being out of wack. A month later I wanted to trade it on a f250. They offered me 40k but, I couldn’t get financed since I just took the loan for the 150. Told me if I come up with cash let them know. Since then May 2019 no ac/no adaptive cruise control Made appointment never repaired picked up after week Oct 2019 no ac/ no adaptive cruise control Made appointment couldn’t get to it short staff picked up after week July 2020 no ac/no adaptive cruise control/driver seat failure/media center failure/transmission 1st gear delayed Ac/trans shop back logged 6 months (same story from local dealers) January 2021 no ac/no adaptive cruise control/driver seat failure, media center failure/passenger mirror failure/RR tpms failure/interior chrome trim delamination/transmission 1st gear delayed Dropped off January returned end of March. Cluster cracked/warning lights on/mirror not replaced. Dropped off again 2 weeks later told it’s ready. Check engine light on/tpms warning told I can leave it or bring it back when I have time. January 2022 no ac/rr tpms failure/transmission 1st gear delayed/2nd gear delayed/7th gear delayed/ recalls. Told ac is fine/don’t notice transmission issues/wont honor tpms repair/told recalls are complete. July 2024 no ac/rr tpms failure/transmission 1st gear delayed/2nd gear manual only/7th gear delayed/8th gear delayed Call to make appointment for transmission warranty work. Told 6 month wait. I asked if I can make an appointment anyway because my warranty will be expired by then. Told they don’t schedule out that far but I can drop it off now and if it’s there they will honor the warranty work. I asked if they were nuts and tried other dealers. No luck. All told me the same. May 2025 no ac/ rr tpms failure/transmission 1st gear delayed/2nd gear manual only/7th gear delayed/8th gear delayed/EGR recall never completed. EGR removed. Was never completed by Barbee Ford. Lied about completing recall.Ford does nothing.

The folks over here really know how to help you out. I called in the morning and explained what I wanted and Brent took the reins and did nearly everything for me. He found the Maverick I wanted and made sure that it was ready for me. When I asked about filling out the paperwork online he sent me the links and I filled out nearly all the paperwork while I was at work. When I got to the dealership after a long day of work all I had to do was sign the contract and walkout the door. They had the truck filled up, detailed and ready to go in a few minutes.
