During my visit, I felt that the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. employee name called Billy used disrespectful and bullying language, which made the entire interaction very uncomfortable. In my opinion, some of the information they provided felt misleading, and the way they handled the situation made me lose trust in their business practices. I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, and I would strongly encourage others to be cautious and make sure they fully understand all terms before proceeding with anything here.
