“The process was very easy. I did almost all of it over the phone. Danny was good. And communicated great. Only part that wasn’t good for the fact that I had to travel about 2 hours to get there. But that’s it. Everyone at Harbor was nice and friendly. Good job by the team.”

“Service Department Christopher Lopez needs a class on how to treat people made comment about a lot of things had me crying 😭. I just asked if my car was ready he picked up the paperwork and said I’ll let you know I tried talking to him about my points and putting it towards my oil change I was quoted one price and gave another one oh he said because I had my lunch I was not looking at the paperwork he said why do you think we sign it first yes I did not look at it but thought I was getting charged what I was told . So after having me in tears he did honor the price thought I was going to pay the only thing he did nice . Made comments that were really mean and was dealing with a big loss my nephew we need to remember even if we’re having a bad day other people can be worse then ours when you work in customer service
I just spoke with Matt the service manager. He was so kind apologized for the bad behavior of the service advisor and is taking good care of me and has me referred to somebody else so I will be going back there now. Thank you Matt for your kindness and understanding.”

“I called early in the week and spoke to John about a used ford van he had on their lot and though they had a ton of pictures online, I asked if he could verify with a couple pictures. He sent over 10 pictures touching base on the condition, he went above and beyond. We arrived and were greeted by the sales manager and John whom were both very nice and helpful during the sales process, offering us drinks and even pizza (which we accepted lol we were hungry shoppers at that point) The financing woman was very kind and efficient and made that whole process a breeze. I could tell the van was treated with love and care and cleaned and oil serviced, I drove off feeling confident I made a great used car purchase from a great dealership. I would definitely recommend shopping here for your next vehicle.”

He took EXCELLENT care of me - best deal ever, kind and friendly, excellent communication, and got me into my new car in no time!! If an excellent deal and excellent service wasn't enough I also was handed a warm, freshly baked choc chip cookie!
I got all my paperwork done in no time with Luis Esquivel! Super quick and efficient!! Easiest and quickest signing I've ever done!!
