“Horrible, horrible. Bought a brand new show room 2025 CX-50 in October.Went good for like two weeks then it started making really loud wind noises on the driver side and when i checked, the whole seal on the driver window and the rear window. I contacted them and the sales agent since November and haven’t received a response. I contacted service and they said it would be 250$ charge for them to check it out since it could be from my mishandling of the vehicle also wouldn’t even look to see if they could give me a rental to get to and from work, mind you its a brand new car…..everything is misaligned and Mazda seems to not care. Do not buy here!”
