“Had my truck dropped off for an engine misfire, they said they couldn't get to it for over two weeks. After two weeks, they said it would take another week. After another week after that, they finally get it in. They called & said my battery was dead & I had to pay over $400 for a new one. I told them they had my truck for a whole month & now they want me to pay for a battery (battery was fine when I dropped it off). I bought a battery from AutoZone (half the price) & dropped it off. When I dropped it off they said my wires for the coil pack were damaged from "rodents" & the warranty was voided. I drive this truck every day. Rodents? Doubtful. After making me pay over $500, I found out all they did was re-solder one wire for the fix. $500. A WHOLE MONTH AND A DEAD BATTERY. One wire. After I took the truck back, I inspected the engine bay. No other chewed wires, No chewed up insulation, no rodent feces. I call bullshit. Oh, & my "bad" battery? Just needed to recharge. So I spent an extra $200 on a battery I didn't need. This place was great until Feldman got involved. Don't waste your time or money. I'm done with these clowns.”
