“Mark at the Jeep dealership in Livonia is seriously the BEST. I always come here for my oil changes and he consistently makes the whole experience so easy and pleasant. He’s incredibly kind, helpful, and just someone you feel like you can trust with your car. One time my car had an alignment issue or something. Other places were quoting me close to $1,000 and trying to add on a bunch of extra things. Mark actually took the time to figure out what was really wrong and fixed the actual problem for around $400 instead. He saved me a lot of money and stress. “I’ve never left a negative review before, but my experience at Feldman Chrysler Jeep of Livonia absolutely warrants one. I brought my girlfriend’s 2021 Jeep Compass (42,000 miles) in for what should have been a simple battery replacement. There were a few warning codes on the dash (mainly the auto start/stop message), so I agreed to diagnostics to be safe. Three days later, we received a call with an outrageous estimate: $975 for main and auxiliary battery replacement $1,160 for a throttle body $365 for a fuel induction service (seriously?) $555 for two front tires $245 for a brake flush We immediately declined all services. Instead, we went to AutoZone, where it was confirmed the main battery was bad. We purchased the main and auxiliary batteries for $391, received $44 back for the old battery return, and paid $20 for installation. Problem completely resolved. This dealership attempted to upsell thousands of dollars in unnecessary services for a very simple issue. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident but a pattern of dishonest and predatory business practices. Save your time and your money—go elsewhere.”
