I worked with Ahmed and he was incredibly kind and helpful. This was my first time buying a car and he made the process quite easy for me. I bought a cheap used car and felt that regardless of the commission he might make, he treated me how he would someone buying a new car. I also had a tight time table as I'm in college 3hrs away, but he helped to work around my schedule. Overall this was a great experience and I would recommend them if you're looking for a car!

I just bought a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid from Great Lakes Honda City, and Noah was absolutely amazing to work with. He really listened to what I wanted, walked me through the features of the Accord Hybrid in a clear, low-pressure way, and made sure I felt confident about my choice. The whole process was smooth and straightforward, from test drive to paperwork, and I never felt rushed or pushed. I had an excellent experience at Great Lakes Honda City from start to finish. I initially came in for service on my previous lease, and the service department was fantastic. They got my vehicle in and out efficiently, the pricing was fair for the work needed, and they were professional and easy to work with. While I was there, I decided to inquire about my options since my lease was ending soon, and I’m so glad I did. Brandy was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, bubbly, knowledgeable, and completely transparent. Before diving into numbers, she asked what I truly wanted and made sure I left with exactly that, a CR-V that fit both my needs and my budget. She answered every question confidently and made the process feel comfortable, not pressured. She even helped me transfer everything from my old car and set up Apple CarPlay. Her personality made the entire experience feel seamless and enjoyable. Charlie was equally great. He walked me through the paperwork thoroughly, clearly explained available options, and respected my budget without pushing unnecessary add-ons. I felt informed and supported at every step. What started as a simple service visit turned into a smooth and positive upgrade experience. I left with exactly what I wanted and a payment structure that made sense for me. My lease was set to end here in a couple of weeks, Val got me an appointment with her and within 30-40 minutes had the model, color and trim line in the 2025 Accord that I wanted. She was quickly able to work numbers with the finance team and get me to the number I wanted to be at, no hassle! Picked the car up next day! Smooth and easy process with Val! I would highly recommend stopping in to see her if in the market! Another shoutout to Elizabeth in finance for making the numbers and insurance part easy and effortless! Both ladies are top tier! 10/10!

Ryan was an absolute joy of a salesman! I highly recommend him to anyone that comes through Honda City. He was very patient with me and my partner; answered any questions we had for him. Even talking my partner into trading her old car in for extra money rather than just junking it. He even got us an extra key fob made up at no extra charge and made sure we had a full tank of gas. Just a very pleasant salesman and he gained two lifelong customers! We got a 2017 Mazda 6 and we're very happy with that car. The only sour note was honestly the finance manager Erin. She used very sleezy tactics with trying to talk my partner into purchasing the extra warranties for her car. We in a very nice way declined it; she proceeded to push it further still trying to talk us into it. On this note I was very blunt in telling her no she doesn't care if some of the electrical elements fail that's our risk to take. She proceeded to go into a long winded appeal of exclaiming " oh you don't care if the back up camera goes or the windows" and we still stood our ground. Then attempted to gas light us into thinking we had approved of the previous warranty that we had already declined when we signed the previous paperwork with Ryan our salesman. My partner almost walked out and was ready to give up on the deal with how hard she came at us with the warranties. Then proceeded to treat our awesome salesman Ryan very disrespectfully. Wouldn't recommend going to the finance manager Erin but highly recommend Ryan; we'll definitely be doing business with him in the future! Thanks again Ryan for all of your help!!!! :)
