I bought a truck from this location last week. That was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and eager to make sure that the customer was getting the car they were looking for or needed. That was evident not just in my interactions, but in how all customers were treated. Highly recommended!

This isn't your regular ol car dealership! It's MUCH better!! I completed the initial process online. Got pre-approved and sent in my documents. I arrived at my appointment and was met by Asher. He was very professional, kind and patient. We almost got to the final deal, but we found a similar car with less miles and a year newer! There isn't the back and forth with the manager and finance office. It is seamless and doesn't take the ALL day process it would at a 'regular' dealership. The lot and building are disabled accessible. They seemed to be LGTBQ+ friendly. I highly recommend this carmax! Search online, make an appointment and enjoy your new car!

We just purchased a vehicle from CarMax and Luis was our salesman. I have to say that this was the absolute BEST car buying experience I have ever had. We were promptly greeted at the front counter, we had already done our research on what vehicle we wanted to look at, within minutes of arrival we were on our test drive. Luis was very attentive, friendly, and personal the entire time. The dreaded paperwork of buying a car was so easy, CarMax has got it down to a science! Total time spent from start to finish was about 2 hours. I will highly recommend buying your next vehicle from them!

I really want to embrace this business model so I bought a Mazda cx30 based on pictures. Smelled horribly like smoke. Salesperson said it would probably just go away. It didn't and it's a pain to take back so we are stuck with a car that smells like smoke. I love this business model but this seems like the weakness. Please do better CarMax because I don't want to go back to dealers but may have to.

This transaction was not without issues but I will say CarMax has a ton of integrity and they made it right. I also went to mention that Michael malinski ran his butt off for me negotiating everything that I needed and wanted including getting a Carfax which they no longer provide for some reason. After purchasing a 2013 Mazda I had it inspected. Had several issues that needed to be repaired. One of the issues was doing the brakes including the calipers. They completed the repair. I went to pick up the car and the brakes seemed worse. I took it back and it was discovered that the ABS was ruined. After some research, I found out that the ABS was ruined because the brakes were not bled properly. After speaking with the service manager they said they would bend over backwards for me to make it right. They did ship a car for me right away and covered quite a bit in shipping expenses. I went to test drive a car in Colorado springs and decided that was the car that I wanted and they went ahead and shipped that for free as well. I was concerned about the financing aspect because I already have three cars financed. Turned out financing was a bit of a pain but the finance manager contacted the bank and worked everything out for me. I ended up with a newer upgraded model of a Mazda 3. Love the car. Wish everything wasn't such a pain but I'm really glad I purchased from Carmax because had I purchased from any other dealership I would have beenscrewed. The repairs that needed to be done would have cost hundreds of dollars. I will say though if Carmax does a 90-point inspection the inspection does not do any good unless they repair the problems. Had that been done this would have never happened. But I do appreciate their integrity and taking care of the issue and making it right. There are not many businesses that do that anymore. Thank you for my beautiful new car. I really love it. You can see my old car in the background.
