“I had a positive experience working with Calvin. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. He took time to answer all my questions and explain options. It was obvious he cared about making sure I had a good experience and found the right fit. He stayed patient, communicative, and respectful the whole time, and I really appreciated that!
Unfortunately, I didn’t end up purchasing, and that mostly came down to the numbers and how they were handled by the Sales Managers. The trade-in valuation process was disappointing. I won’t go into too much detail, but if they claim your car has mechanical issues, validate those with your mechanic to confirm, and go in knowing what your dealer trade-in value is. My trade-in offers increased from $17k to $22.7k… that’s a large percentage difference and just wastes time and erodes trust. On top of that, they weren’t willing to discuss matching other dealer discounts or fees.
That said, none of that reflects on Calvin. He handled everything professionally and really did seem to advocate for me and try to make something work. The overall experience was not 5 stars, but Calvin certainly was.”

“I bought a used Alfa-Romeo Stelvio at this dealership in January, doing everything long distance until I picked it up and drove it home to Tennessee. The purchase process was fairly straightforward and easy, and they had both front and back brakes serviced as well as four new tires. There was a hiccup with the brakes, as doing a brake job a Stelvio requires factory calibration, so my pick up was delayed by a day.
The biggest issue was the check they provided for the title fee for Tennessee. They made it out to the wrong payee, so I paid for it when registering it. After four phone calls and three emails, they still have not reimbursed me for the title fee. Disappointing that something so small (and so easy to fix) would be so hard to do for someone who bought a car from them.”

“Came in for an oil change, it was smooth and the staff are extremely professional and friendly. I bought my car from this location and this was my first time using their service center. Very pleased, highly recommended! Also very comfortable waiting area”

“Bought a new Ford Bronco Badlands and worked with Maddies who was a complete joy to work with. She's honest, does what she says she's going to do. She was thorough, punctual, pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you working with her given the opportunity. The rest of the staff including finance were equally as pleasant. No surprises!”
