Great car buying experience. This is the 10th vehicle I've purchased from a dealer in my life and this was by far the best experience. I came in with my son to check out a truck and Sean treated us both great. Awesome coffee machine, all the staff were super friendly and helpful. And I don't know if I got an amazing deal but I sure as hell feel like I got an amazing deal on the perfect truck. These folks are top notch. I'd happily buy more vehicles from them in the future and look forward to returning someday.

The maintenance and repair mechanic team at Auto Nation Chrysler Dodge and Ram at the S/W location off Tuffs and South Wadsworth Blvd they were efficient and very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem with my Chrysler Van. They followed through by keeping me informed about what needed to be done and the parts required to get my vehicle fixed. I was very impressed and pleased with how quickly they responded and let me know how long it would take to complete the work. I recommend the Auto Nation Chrysler, Dodge Ram Service Maintenance Department for doing an excellent job and working very hard to fix my Van.

I want to thank the two Aaron's for helping me with my buying experience. Aaron Mitchell greeted me when I walked in and had my vehicle of choice ready within minutes for a test drive, helped me through the process of finding the price Best suited for me despite my credit score. Once at finance, Aaron Dale, helped to accommodate a perfect warranty and other extras to fit me financially and benefit me in the long run. Thanks to the two Aaron's 😊

⭐️☆☆☆☆ I had a very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience with the service department today. When I pulled into the service bay, I was greeted by Ryan, who was immediately abrupt and hostile. Rather than a basic professional greeting, I was met with barking questions and visible irritation. I explained that I had an appointment with Jared for an oil change and also wanted new tires. Ryan appeared annoyed by basic questions, offered no preparation or information, and spoke to me in a dismissive, confrontational tone throughout the interaction. When I explained that I no longer had a tire lock and was unsure what had happened to it after several vehicle transports, his response was simply that “this was going to be a problem,” followed by huffing and walking away, with no attempt to explain options or assist. Later, Jared, my assigned service advisor, approached me without introducing himself, without a smile, and without any basic courtesy. His demeanor was curt and clearly irritated, as if my presence was a problem. I had to ask who he was. Only then did he inform me—after I had already arrived—that the tires would not be available until Friday. No quote had been prepared in advance. When I asked to see pricing, he initially walked away again. I had to explicitly request a written quote, which he eventually provided before leaving abruptly without closing the conversation or ensuring my questions were answered. At no point did I feel respected or well-served as a customer. Communication was disorganized, the tone was consistently hostile, and basic service professionalism was lacking. This was not a welcoming or customer-focused environment. I will return only to ensure my vehicle is handled correctly, but I will not be using this dealership for future service and cannot recommend it to other women Jeep owners. ***** Update to my previous review: The dealership did honor the free tire that was offered after my initial experience, and I appreciate that the issue itself was ultimately resolved. That said, the pickup experience was deeply uncomfortable. I was directed to stand outside in 8° weather in the service bay, where I and my companion were largely ignored by staff. Several employees actively avoided eye contact. The only person who assisted us was a female staff member who was not assigned to my vehicle — she was professional and kind, and I’m grateful to her. The vehicle was returned uncleaned, tire pressures were incorrect, and warning lights were still active after a significant service bill. While the specific issue was addressed, the overall environment made it very clear that I was not welcome as a customer. For that reason, I will not be returning.

Purchase experience was great. Appreciate the effort put forth by Carlos and his team. Helping reach our payment goals and getting the best interest possible. My negative feedback is on the reconditioning of the truck. I pointed out the tires night we test drove it. There was also basic maintenance missed like a filter, coolant, and wipers. I’ve been a used car tech and am currently a dealer tech. I will definitely be doing a full inspection of the vehicle for my family’s safety. A sixty plus thousand dollar truck should’ve had a little more TLC given to it. I would recommend the sales team, but if buying used have it inspected.
