Bought 2022 phev jeep gc with 20k miles. Noticed fluid leak same day I got it home! Jeep fixed all issues under warranty, but had to replace transmission (20k miles!) plus 2 battery recalls and engine light on, all within 5 months of purchase. Lost all trust so decided to trade in - Alexis and Brian preached how much value these vehicles lost and offered me $6000 LESS than what I purchased 5 months ago! I feel absolutely stupid for letting them convince me. Now they are selling the car for 27,650, only $350 less than I paid. I don’t trust that model car and I absolutely would never trust autonation again. (John Williams however, was great). Now I’ve tried for 3 weeks to get someone from financing (Tyler)to cancel my extended warranty on the new car and crickets. Called, left voicemail, emailed. At least 15 attempts. Absolutely frustrating and it’s still not resolved. Go someplace else!

Overall, this has been the worst Jeep dealership experience I’ve had in and around Denver. Most recently, I brought my vehicle in for a squeaky noise that sounded like it was coming from the shocks. I explained that the noise seemed to be on the right side—likely the front right—though I couldn’t say with complete certainty. I also requested an oil change and asked for an assessment of my tires, as I knew they were likely nearing replacement. I was told everything would be checked thoroughly and that the vehicle would likely be ready in 2–3 weeks. Instead, it took over five weeks. The oil change was never completed util the day of pick up when I reminded them, and when I picked up the vehicle, it was still making the original noise. I reached out and was told I could bring it back the next day, but then the technician was out sick. While waiting to return the vehicle—and on only the second drive after getting it back—I received an “Immediate Air Suspension Attention Needed” warning. Although the alert cleared after about a minute, a few minutes later I experienced a tire blowout on the freeway. Because my Jeep is under warranty, I am required to go through this dealership. Unfortunately, this experience is one of many reasons I would never consider owning a Jeep again.

Both my service advisor Benjamin and my tech Nate F were awesome. Benjamin listened completely to my concerns and made sure he understood completely what the issues were with my Jeep Wrangler. Nate did an amazing job working on the Jeep and sent a video detailing the issues found, and the steps he took in the diagnostic. If you are looking for a good shop to take your Jeep vehicle to, you will not go wrong taking it to AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Broadway. Make sure you ask for Nate as your Tech and Benjamin as your service advisor!

James mark and Josh sold me my first ever bought vehicle and it was the perfect experience, they were transparent, willing to work with my schedule and even negotiate good prices for me for my monthly payments even took the time to actually get me into a vehicle I really wanted that they transfered from Colorado Springs. Im a 25 yr old and they made buying my first car simple fast and hassle free. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car, thank you gentlemen !

This place is amazing! I had a deal with another dealership that sold the car out from under me, I called and the next day autonation jeep dodge had me in the same make and model in less than 3 hours! Thank you for your courtesy, professionalism and respect. All three that helped me were simply outstanding!!!! Kudos!!! I’ll definitely do business here again!
