“I don't even know where to start. I've leased Audis for years because I believed in the brand and the experience. After dealing with Audi Denver - and specifically Grady Alexander - I will never make that mistake again.
I was promised world class service. What I actually got was someone who hung up on me when I had a legitimate concern.
Then I find out I'm being charged for things that were never once mentioned during my lease — no conversation, no paperwork, nothing. When I pushed back, I was basically told I was lying because, and I quote, all of their employees are trained. So apparently their word is gospel and mine means nothing.
This is not what premium service looks like. This is not what any service looks like. I am genuinely shocked that a dealership operating under the Audi name thinks this is acceptable behavior.
If you are considering buying or leasing here — please, get everything in writing. Every single thing. Because the moment something goes sideways, you are on your own and they will not hesitate to make you feel like the problem.
Disappointed doesn't even cover it.”

“I recently purchased my 2023 X3 M40 from Audi Denver this past December and could not more pleased with the service I received.
I worked with Max. I had been looking for the 2023 X3 M40 for quite some time and they ended up having the vehicle. I’m in Ohio and the AI assistant told me the don’t do out of state deals so thought that was it but Max reached out and told me the definitely do. They sent me the out the door price, no dealer add on’s and bought the car. They hooked me up with Montway and had the car enclosed shipped to me. It was perfect.

“Tanner did an incredible job from start to finish. Incredibly patient, knowledgeable and humorous. As we were test driving the S5 we took it on 470 and of course gave it gas and he made a funny comment about the cars “smiles per gallon”. The process was easy and comfortable. On top of all this, he went out of his way to make small accommodations before the purchase and was detailed and mindful about how the car was presented with a congrats sign attached. Needless to say, Tanner earned the business and will be a great partner for the years to come.”
