“After seeing how a coworker was treated, I would absolutely never buy a vehicle from Rock City Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I don’t think I could trust the work to be done on it if need to be brought back. The way Andrew Thompson speaks to people is extremely rude, and it’s disappointing that the owner couldn’t even be bothered to make things right let alone address the situation. Then your wife posting a glowing review while your husband is developing a reputation for poor professionalism is honestly sad/ embarrassing.
Edmonds in Bradford,when they were still open, handled customers with far more respect than this. And that’s coming from someone who had to walk to the hospital while in labor after being sold a car that broke down 2 weeks after purchase. Anyone who knows about that knows how much of a pain/fight that was. At least they never threatened to impound my car durning that time! To think a dealership could rake higher on the poor professionalism list is crazy.”

“This is the most unprofessional and ignorant group of people I have ever dealt with. We have a truck that was under warranty, yet they are refusing to honor it or perform the necessary work.
Our experience with management and the service department has been a complete nightmare:
Lack of Communication: We sent an email to the owner, Kevin, explaining our situation, but he never once returned our phone calls or bothered to email us back.
Unprofessional Service Department: Andrew from the service department called us, not to help, but to tell us to come get our truck because they were refusing to work on it.
Threatening Behavior: To make matters worse, they threatened that if we did not pick up the truck immediately, they would have it impounded!
It is clear they do not care about their customers or standing behind the vehicles they sell. If you expect professional service or for your warranty to be honored, stay far away from this dealership.”

“My family recently dropped their RV off at this location for service. The service advisor Andrew Thompson said he would get to it when he could. Over the course of four weeks, Andrew provided multiple excuses as to why the RV had not been looked at and became very irritated by the weekly check in calls. Today a different dealership came to this location to pick the RV up. While the driver was picking up, the service advisor Andrew stated my father was a “DICK” and to get the RV the “HELL OFF HIS PROPERTY!” I’m not sure what Andrew thinks customer service looks like, but bad mouthing customers is not what I would call quality service.
General manager Kevin Frantz, is this the behavior you allow to occur on your watch? Is this an acceptable customer interaction per company policy? If I could give zero stars due to Andrew’s behavior I would.”

“I just purchased a 2020 Ram REBEL!! The people I dealt with are REMARKABLE!! They were very attentive to my needs and met them perfectly!! I highly recommend going there to see what they can do for you!! There was no hassle or stress!! I dealt with Kevin Frantz, Autumn Bailey, Matt Altman,and Casey in service. They are great to work and talk with!! They also have some other exceptional people as well!! Always a pleasure to deal with!!”
