“Out of town customer. Had front brake issues. Hanna Kelner got me in service with a couple days. Got brakes fixed fast and was on my way. Very good service and Hannah was very friendly. Got me courtesy ride while truck was being fix. Excellent place to do business. Thank you.”

Update!
A month ago Kyle Bell contacted and stated no issues found with the transmission in my Son's truck! You stated you drove the vehicle 100 miles and not able to duplicate my issues, this is something I would normally be able to understand working in the same field but when we pick the vehicle up it is still having the same problems, you made it very clear nothing was wrong so I put my son back in the vehicle, he calls and tells me it is still slamming, shaking and getting worse. So knowing that your company does not want to fix this issue we take the truck to a transmission repair shop to have them inspected the truck you stated several time was fine! It was not fine the warranty company approved a complete rebuild due to the issues that where shown to them, you clearly gave us false information. Warranty company wouldn't replace it, because the information is not able to be shown and it was very clear. We contacted transmission company only days after picking up from your company.
We got scheduled and transmission has been rebuilt and paid for by the warranty company you stated would not approve repairs. They waved the deductible, due to issues, not resolved after leaving your facility.
At this current time having 2 of our vehicles in for service and 1 with minor warranty issues one with transmission issues after only purchased from your company 4 months ago and issues missed on inspection and service manager that could careless about a customer or concerns from myself or my partner that came in to speak with him a few days prior, he could not be bothered to come speak with my partner or when I came into speak with him and he was told I was waiting for him he returns to his office and ignores the fact I am still waiting to speak with him until I as his name. This service experience makes me regret purchasing 2 vehicles from this company. It is made very clear after the purchase and your paid how we are treated as a customer does not matter from your service department.”

“Wonderful service. Everyone is nice and took care of my vehicle issues. I am so glad to be able to deal with a local family-owned dealership. This is my 3rd visit to this dealership since I have moved here, and every service has been better than any other dealership visit I have ever had. The service department goes above and beyond to ensure that customers are taken care of! If you need great service, this is the place to go. Cheapest service and oil changes than anywhere else!”

“I arrived at 11:23 to get an oil change on my 2023 Chevy Tahoe. On 1/17/26(saturday) the shop doesn’t close until 12 I had an appointment at 11. I had a horrible migraine that I’ve been dealing with for over a day so I arrived shortly after I woke up in a panic. The young lady at the counter says lets me see if we can still take you? An oil change on my vehicle takes 30 minutes. The shop doesn’t close until 12???. Now my mom Jeannetta Livingston has come to bell and bell for years and has spent thousands of dollars with this dealership. We’re locals. That fact that I was turned away because they didn’t want to take the time to do my oil change, not a tire rotation, or anything else just an oil change. I even use to have my jeep serviced at bell and bell. I gave a 2 star because I have been satisfied with the service in the past but not today. The respect and care for customers is decreasing tremendously.
Here’s the funny part I called back at 11:54 to make an appointment for the following week because my husband said I should go back and give them another chance and that even though I was on 7% I don’t drive far for work but 10 minutes so I would be okay for another few days. You know what I was told. They had all just walked out at 11:54am. They were so busy wanting to go home early they couldn’t care less to service my vehicle. If you say your service department closes at 12 why did everyone leave early? Just absolutely sad. As I said before caring for customers comes secondary to how much can be made. There not making much on oil changes so therefore your needs for your vehicle matter less vs if there making thousands. My thoughts my feelings, and my experience however you want to see it. Please don’t get on my review with your well we respectfully disagree bell and bell because perception is reality. Keep on moving.”

“RUN AWAY!!! If you want experienced mechanics working on your truck! Went there with front end noise and a rattle under the truck. I showed the service advisor a video of where the rattle was and if they drive through "pot hole city" the front of the dealership, they will hear the noise. After atleast an hour and half they said truck is done. I pull out and 2 seconds later front end noise still there. Service manager has the put truck on the rack, after advisor rode with me and heard the noise. I had to point out the heat shield was rubbing on the exhaust. While i was under the truck I noticed a wet spot on the oil pan. I said why wasn't this brought to my attention? Manager calls "mechanic " over and said i didn't see that. Literally right by the heat shield!!! They put dye in and said come back in 1000 miles. I said ok I want this on record. They responded well were done with the truck so paperwork is complete. It was a hassle to have it put on my work order for future records.
2 months later they still havent ordered correct parts for the front end noise. Truck has a level kit installed by gmc prior to buying the truck. Rough country. Manager told me today there is no level kit for the AT4 within specks amd they dont sell " lifted trucks" woth rough country parts. Hes an absolute joke because they have had several for sale with rough country lifts.
Do not waste your time here.
My dealer in Florida LEE BUICK GMC where I bought the truck, said go to any place that deals with rough country and we will pay for all that needs to be done!!! Since this is a warranty issue through rough country. A dealership that stands behind what they sell.
(I live in MB and drove 45 minutes to Bell and Bell cause they were supposedly a great dealership. )”
