“This is my fourth time purchasing a vehicle from Nalley Kia, and every experience has been excellent. Most recently, I purchased my 2027 Kia Telluride and the process was smooth from start to finish. My salesperson, Marcus Booker, was very professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything went smoothly. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the buying experience easy. The finance manager, Tarrance, was also great to work with. He explained everything clearly and made the financing process straightforward and stress free. That level of service is exactly why I keep coming back. If you're looking for a dealership that treats you right and makes the process simple, I highly recommend Nalley Kia.”

“I recently had to visit a Kia dealership after my check engine light came on. I normally go to my trusted body shop called true automotive in Lawrenceville btw because they’re familiar with my car and always provide outstanding customer service clear communication, fair pricing, and they even go the extra mile when delays happen. However, due to open recalls on my vehicle, they referred me to the dealership. This was my first visit to this location, and unfortunately the overall customer service was underwhelming. I was barely greeted upon arrival, and several advisors came across as rushed, dismissive, or lacking basic courtesy. That said, one advisor stood out in a very positive way her name was Kursteen Even though she was not my assigned advisor, one staff member demonstrated what true customer service should look like. She was welcoming, attentive, patient, and treated every customer with respect and kindness. I observed how consistently she communicated with customers, explained things clearly, and genuinely seemed to care something that was noticeably missing from others that day. The difference in her professionalism and attitude was impossible to ignore. She represented the kind of service that builds trust and keeps customers coming back. Honestly, she embodied the level of care I expect when bringing my vehicle to a dealership. I hope management takes the time to recognize employees who truly go above and beyond and also addresses the lack of professionalism from others. Customers deserve basic human decency especially when we’re spending our hard earned money. Exceptional service should be the standard, not the exception.”

“The purchasing and financing process was super easy. I purchased a 2026 Kia Sorento but I definitely will be going back to get the 2027 Telluride! If you are looking to purchase a Kia definitely reach out to Pherow Drain. He ensured that this was the most positive experience I had purchasing my new Kia! Big shoutout to Pherow Drain!!!”

“If I could leave 0 stars I would. Took my car to them on a Friday morning with spark plug and coil pack issues. I was told the work would take 5 hours. Fast forward to the following Wednesday when I finally picked my car up (I had to call them and ask was it ready nobody called me); I left the dealership in stonecrest, drove to Conyers then home to Stockbridge. By the time I made it to Stockbridge my car was smoking, battery light came on and then the engine overheated. I waited about an hour for the car to cool down & checked the coolant levels only to find my serpentine belt completely destroyed. Contacted nalley kia the following morning to have the car towed back to their location where the service manager Brian “agreed” to fix it for free (while also trying not to admit fault but if you’re not at fault there’s no way you’re going to fix such a costly repair for free) but anyway, we waited hours for the car. After the work was complete (the second time) we asked for proof of what had been done in case something else happens. Brian first tried to convince my mom that he couldnt print off anything showing what was done because ‘it’s still an open ticket’ and he’s waiting for payment from the warranty company. Mind you, I received paperwork for this same “open ticket” when I picked the car up the first time. I went back in to explain to Brian that we were uncomfortable leaving without something that shows what they did to the car obviously because of what just happened and he basically told me that I shouldn’t be questioning him because he’s doing me a favor by doing free work. Mind you, they did not verbally communicate anything about any other repairs after completing coils and spark plugs.; all they did was give me a receipt that showed “recommendations” which I didn’t even look at until I got home and saw my belt completely shredded. Brian states that it’s not his job to help the customers understand the severity of or need for repairs. I find this hard to believe that it isn’t his job to upsale for more repairs I.e. more money to be made and ESPECIALLY something so serious as a serpentine belt that could potentially destroy the engine and entire car. A “recommendation” on a piece of paper is not sufficient. Given the fact that my belt completely shredded in a 30 mile ride tells me that it is something that the mechanics would have saw while under the hood (which Brian admits they SAW it while completing spark plugs and coils but noted it as normal wear and tear due to age and mileage of vehicle. But in the same breathe said that a bad water pump is what caused the belt the shred—which one is it???) He told me that they can’t tell how long it will last before it needs repair which is understandable HOWEVER you can certainly make sure your customers understand what their car needs and if it is unsafe to continue driving until repairs have been made. After reading other reviews and the treatment that we have had I believe these people are either purposely damaging peoples cars or they’re just blatantly neglecting their duties as professionals and letting people drive off their lot thinking their cars are okay to drive when they are in fact not. I have included picture of my serpentine belt. You be the judge. I also have our conversation of me asking for proof of work completed on video. I won’t be uploading that however if anything further happens to my car that they ignored or didn’t do due diligence to inform me of, I will be taking all video and picture evidence to the courts. If you can go somewhere else for your service, PLEASE DO!”
